No resolution to product issues
I ordered a foxy onesie and it only lasted two months before the zipper teeth broke. Because the issues happened after 30 days of delivery date, customer service was unable to do anything. Customer service is lacking significantly because they responded to my email about the broken zipper with an unrelated response. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of resolution to my onesie issue, especially since their it was expensive. Makes me want to go ahead and purchase fake items from China. I planned on ordering more items but since they are not willing to address their own product issues and make things right with the customer, I will no longer buy from them. It's just not worth it to me if they have poor customer service. It's like buy at your own risk. Hopefully, customers don't have issues with their orders because if you do, good luck. It better happen within the 30 day window which starts on the estimated delivery date of your order.
Horrendous shipping time
Horrendous shipping time. Shipped directly from China. The cost of shipping is $9 for one small plushy and took two weeks. I thought it was strange when I looked up these two guys ages. Fake personalities and money grab. I’ll direct my children’s attention elsewhere
Critical Quality
I have a 4 year old boy who loves LANKYBOX (Adam & Justin). My biggest complaint is that my boy watches it all day long. We used to watch FGTeeV but that got old real quick… let’s just say, the father is in love w himself. Back to LANKYBOX. They don’t swear (great)… but I don’t like the fact that there’s too much constant screaming and kids are at the age where they will mimic everything they see n hear. All of them love to scream n shout. I just wish they could act a bit calmer or show the kids that’it’s okay to speak or play quietly. Good job LANKYBOX!

If i could give 0 stars i would, i reordered some items on 11/27/22 because the 3 hoodies(one I received on time)I ordered were to small( the size guide they provide isn't accurate) if your child is a size small go one size up. I was told I would get my items in 6-8 weeks because they were pre order,I didn't get them until 10 weeks later(2/11/23)mind you I emailed them 1/26/23 asking about my order and they said that they would be delivered late January(I guess 1/26/23 wasn't considered late January for them)I checked online and it doesn't show my items have been shipped or delivered, and they still have the audacity to say my items were delivered on time. The only reason I bought anything from these two knuckle heads that are famous for being stupid on the internet is because my grandson likes them. Not only is they're ugly merchandise EXPENSIVE but their wait time is RIDICULOUS!! I WILL NEVER WASTE A DIME of my hard earned money on this crappy company!!

Half an order missing and poor communication
Ordered SpongeBob set and a Lankybot for my son for Christmas on 3rd December. Paid £53 for express delivery in ‘5-8 working days’ and only half the order has arrived. Customer service are claiming the items we are missing have been deliver and the others are on pre-order which I was not told at the point of purchase. Trying to chase an order I know will not arrive on time. I’ll stick to buying copies that are cheaper and actually arrive on time rather than the official shop in future!
Misleading
Ordered on 11/28 because my son loves the YouTube channel. They sell apparel on the website and list youth and adult sizes. My son is a youth small, but when the item arrived (which shipped from China directly) the youth small was significantly smaller than an actual youth small. The sweatshirt that arrived actually is sized like a 5T toddler size and not what would be a youth small in the US. All sales are final and they do not allow for returns or exchanges. $40 for a sweatshirt sized for a toddler not a 6 year old child. Not worth the money, poor return/exchange processes. Feels more like a scam since they don’t list appropriate size charts and just say ‘youth’ but it’s not a unisex youth size, what you get are toddler girl sized clothes instead.
Such a rip off!!
My son loves this YT channel. Items from their own site are WAY too expensive. So when they started offering items at Target we were excited. We got the yellow box for $20. Oh my gosh what a RIP OFF!! It came with three very small and cheaply made toys and 3 stickers. The money all went to the large yellow plastic box. What a waste! They trick kids tho by wrapping each thing in a separate bag so it looks full. Waste of packaging and money! Never again.
He will love this.
