Really unpleasant and unprofessional…
Really unpleasant and unprofessional people working there . They told me my vehicle price for part exchange and with in a couple of hours they dropped the valuation price as I had changed my mind and settled for a cheaper vehicle instantly the price dropped by 4k. Extremely unprofessional and also a previous visit a car I was going to purchase and almost at the showroom having driven 30 miles to be told the car had just gone! I can’t believe this company absolutely waste of time.

Thank you for your feedback, we apologise for any frustration and appreciate the opportunity to explain.
In late April/early May, we provided your part exchange valuation which was valid until the end of May. One week before expiration, you contacted us to purchase a used vehicle and part exchange your car. We informed you that the part exchange needed completion before the valuation expired, which was agreed and you paid a reservation deposit.
Upon inspection, we found the MOT was less than two months from expiration and the service was overdue. These issues required a re-evaluation of your vehicle's value as per our terms. We promptly communicated this, though we understand it was disappointing.
Regarding your previous visit, we apologise for the car being sold before your arrival. As an online retailer, vehicles remain available until a reservation deposit is placed to ensure fairness for all of our clients.

Very simple process!
Spoke to Pauline who was amazing who walked me through the process.
You build your vehicle in your own time and pace and according to your budget with friendly staff there to help you at the end of the phone if you have any queries.

From the first phone call to reserve…
From the first phone call to reserve the car to the delivery was an extremely smooth easy process.
All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The car itself was presented immaculately. WE live 5 hours away and the car arrived via transporter in superb condition as described.
Value for money was spot on. Would DEFINITELY recommend and use in the future.

From Canary Wharf to Scotland
Based in Scotland, I was nervous about purchasing a car from Rockar who are based in Canary Wharf. I needn’t have worried. What a superb service they provided from initial enquiry to free vehicle delivery to my doorstep. Communication was excellent throughout the process both digital correspondence and phone. All my questions were answered and a fantastic finance package was provided. I cannot say enough about this company and the service they provide, I am a big fan!

Great Service.....
I was very happy with the level of service received, the team were knowledgable, polite and efficient.
Following a call on Monday to arrange a test drive, I drove it Tuesday and collected the car on Thursday the same week.
I would use Rockar again without hesitation.

What an incredible buying experience!!!
This company is streets ahead of dealerships that I’ve bought from before. From unbeatable pricing, first class customer service, quality car, friendly staff (especially Darren who delivered on time and gave his time to go through all my car’s features) all this and my car was effectively second hand and not brand new! I’ve bought far more expensive new cars from the likes of Porsche Leeds who can’t touch these levels of service. 10/10 company who deserve their customers.

Great customer service
