I am so happy & satisfy with my received glasses :)

Cant get a prescription right to save their lives (sent me out THREE different sets of lenses and all were wrong prescription.) Dont take the chance since they will not refund your purchase if incorrect so now i have a nice empty pair of frames I cant do anything with.

Been waiting 2 years for nothing. Had several agents blaming the original setup , me filling in wrong addresses they sent me. Couldn’t find my order. I sent them receipt of my payment. The list goes on. For the last several months I’m asking for a refund. They’ve gone silent. They’re probably blaming Corona. Terrible experience.

Been waiting over a year now for my glasses to arrive, not counting the months since I've backed and waited for the shipping to start (January 2019). It arrived wrong prescription, and then sent an uncut lenses, and again wrong prescription. 3 times wrong prescription, which then I was accused of filling the survey wrong, until they found the mistake on their end. After they found the mistake on their end, it took them 2 month to admit that there is another problem in the factory (which at first they said it will be in France, but they decided to use the Chinese factory, obviously) after that problem was fixed, I was promised to get another replacement lenses which I've been waiting for since December. Really disappointed and want my money back, which won't happen. Stay away. The chances something will fail are so high it's not worth the risk

Nice design. Poor (but very poor) quality. I regret my purchase.

It took forever to receive my glasses and the frame wasn’t properly done. The branch were loose and it took forever to get authorizes to get a replacement frame.
Now after 6 months I am still waiting for that frame so next time I will buy locally

the glasses fit well, the prescription was spot on, and the style is great.

Love the frames and lenses. Many drops but no damage and fit well.

Got my glasses from the Kickstarter campaign fairly quickly. I honestly love them and have had zero issues with them. I haven't had any experience with customer service though and so I'm going with 4 stars out of solidarity to all the folks who have run into issues with Lance :/

too heavy on the nose. feels bulky. outdated frames.
the only good thing are the lenses.

Frames are sturdy and the ones I got are full of personality and style.
The lenses in mine are photo chromatic and are my first of that kind so I guess that's why they never get as see though as normal lenses.
When I bought them the price were better than of the big boring brands. Would definitely recommend.

I was so stoked to get my Lance glasses, but since they arrived I can’t use them. It was difficult and I didn’t see a solution to this, but I did the best I could to transfer the information from my prescription into the form on the Lance website, but I’m not an eye doctor so I didn’t do it right. Why can’t we just email you the prescription so it’s correct? I want to be able to send my glasses back and get new, lenses with the correct prescription for the cost of shipping only please.

Very nice glasses with well crafted lenses

It has been a year since I ordered my glasses. They claim to having sent it to the wrong address and since then I have been on them every few weeks but to no avail. "We are waiting for your glasses to be returned to us", and "You know the corona virus...". At this point I have given up. 200$ down the drain.

Honestly I'm a new backer of this project. But despite this few time involve with it, i've checked the opinions about lance in the comunnity on facebook. There's a lot of people claiming that even before the covid crisis they never get their pair of glasses. This clearly affect trusting on the project. So today after reading all the comments, I can't be so sure to receive the glasses. I still don't have the sourvey, and plus the covid crisis, there's more uncertainty that they deliver in this year. I'm thinking going straight to ask for a refund.

I love my glasses. The quality of the frames is very good. My prescription was excellent and I have a complicated prescription. I would not hesitate to buy glasses from Lance again.

Incredible product, great design, spot on prescription (be careful when entering yours as it was in reverse order presented on my paper prescription). Definitely not cheap for prescription glasses, but very pleased. The case isn't very attractive, so I'd skip that if it's not included.

I have been wearing the glasses for quite a while now and must say that I am really very satisfied. The shape, the colour and also the lenses are really well done.
