Diamond crescent moon pin/pendant
After eyeing the diamond crescent moon pin/pendant for a very long time, I decided I had to have it. Lancastrian did an amazing job of packaging and shipping, getting it across the pond to me in just a few days. The item was exactly as expected, just beautiful and I love it so much. I highly recommend Lancastrian for unique, antique and vintage jewelry.

Delivery was super quick and the ring was lovely and good quality. Unfortunately it wasn't quite what I wanted as I needed it to sit against another ring. Communication was very good and returning was easy and I was refunded swiftly. I would definitely order again from this company.

Quality and reliability with a personal touch
I've bought at least four pieces from Lancastrian Jewellers on different occasions (a brooch, a ring, a chain, and a charm). Each time, the quality has been excellent, the delivery fast and safe, and the customer service excellent.
Little touches such as a Christmas card with a December order have put a smile on my face.
I trust Lancastrian Jewellers and would recommend them to anyone looking for antique or vintage jewellery.

Beautiful chain!
I missed out on a similar one before while I was still deciding, so I am thrilled to have finally found this chain. It is truly beautiful and absolutely perfect. It is without a doubt the most stunning antique chain I own. I couldn’t be happier!
This is my second purchase from this shop, and the shipping is always very fast and everything is handled with great care. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re absolutely thrilled that you found the perfect chain, especially after missing out on the one before — it makes this find even more special. Knowing it’s the most stunning antique chain in your collection truly means a lot.
We’re delighted this is your second purchase with us, and we really appreciate your kind words about our shipping and packaging. Thank you for your continued support and your recommendation — it genuinely means the world. Danielle
Enjoy your beautiful chain!
Great customer service!
UPDATE: Danielle had contacted me via email about the issue, but the email had gone into my junk folder. Great customer service as seen below in Danielle's response and will definitely purchase from Lancastrian Jewellers in the future.
The website and delivery were great. The ring is nice but the band is slightly misshapen and I thought this would be something that would've been corrected before being sold to a customer.
Would consider purchasing from the website in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As soon as we saw your feedback, we emailed you to offer a partial refund, as we had no prior contact from you regarding this issue. We would also have been more than happy to arrange a repair for you if we had known there was a concern.
The ring is over 100 years old, and wear was noted in the condition description, but we completely understand that expectations can differ and we always want our customers to be fully happy with their pieces.
We truly appreciate your kind words about the website and delivery, and we’re glad to hear you would consider purchasing from us again in the future. If there’s anything we can do to help further, we’re always here and would be happy to help resolve the issue. Thank you very much, Danielle

Extremely helpful, very quick responses to any messages. Very informative about the stones and jewellery. Their Layaway scheme is a great way to be able to buy something a little out of my price bracket. Will be back for more lovely jewellery!
