Bought a ceiling fan light but on opening it to check all the parts there was a bezel missing of one of the lamps sent photos ect by email and was sent a complete new light along with the return paperwork with no fuss absolutely made up as we really like the light really good service.

The bulb didn't work and the returns process was quite stressful

The construction/ design involves having 12 fixing screws and 12 L brackets. What I had received was only 6 screw and 6 L bracket. In addition the fixing hole in L Bracket for glass fixing left a gap which can allow moisture/ Water to enter inside. I will be returning both lamps and expect a full refund including my postage when placing the order and for return of the items

I’ve just bought a beautiful lamp from lamp and light. Everything about the whole experience was 10/10. Their website is clear and easy to navigate to browse products and place an order; they let me know when to expect delivery; it was delivered on time; the product is fantastic. Brilliant. Simple. This is how ordering online should be.

straightforward ordering and delivery, very pleased with the wooden wall lights, stylish.

I have assembled the lamp and used it a few times.
The assembly instructions are poor and it is somewhat fiddly to erect even though the very rudimentary tools are included.
The lamp seems to be good but apparently the led "bulb" is irreplaceable. It is said that the "bulb" should last 50000hrs which for our use appears to be about 5 years. If this is the case then the unit is a good buy for the price.
(Note that the lamp is "warm white")

Beware of Lamp and Light will keep you in the dark!

I placed an order with Lamp and Light a month ago, and I have yet to receive my items. What’s more concerning is the complete lack of care or communication from the company. I have tried to reach them multiple times, but there seems to be no available contact information, making it impossible to get any updates on my order.

I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company. If you’re considering placing an order here, I strongly advise against it. It feels like a risky gamble, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to face the same frustration and uncertainty that I have experienced.

Easy to select and order, details of delivery well communicated and delivery on time.

Brass LED ceiling light with a smallish fan inside the circumference. Nice and short, so does not protrude too far from the low ceiling. Remote control works well.
