Great! I have bought a coat from them in the past, a jumper and recently a new coat! They are amazing with quick customer service and amazing delivery speeds. Staff are kind and friendly. They also offer free returns! (Not that i want to)

I dont know why theres a one star review, but as they claim customer service is slow and rude, they really arent. They are the kindest people you can meet and even free returns! Who could want anything more?

The staff were really friendly, accodating and approachable when I visited. Well worth a vist to view their large range of stock. the the staff were happy to help when needed. The shop is also dog friendly.

Just ordered from this shop again, customer service brilliant, young lady on the phone very helpful. Ordered one day arrived the next day very fast delivery.

I was looking for some outdoor clothing and wasn't impressed with the generic North Face or similar jackets on offer in other store. After finding this store full of proper hunting and fishing gear I don't think I could go back to the typical outdoor gear.

I bought a jacket and gilet here and was struggling to decide between a few options. After asking the staff for some help they knew exactly the differences between the jackets, the waterproofing level and the breathability of the fabrics, how tough they were respectively and went through each in detail. I was very impressed at how well the knew the products.

After a few months I had a small issue with water wicking from the cuff to the elbow and after talking to them they just exchanged the jacket on the spot. I've had the replacement for a further few months now and it has been perfect.

I've since gone back and brought my wife a jacket which has been excellent. In fact as it was the last of that one in the store for a line that was discontinued they gave us a really good discount on it which I wasn't expecting but very much appreciated.

Will be taking my daughter through for a proper jacket when I'm next in Keswick.

Cannot recommend enough.

The director runs me and gave me a load of verbal abuse - his way or the high way - threatened to stop Deerhunter replacing the faulty items as it is in his control. He tarnished me with the same brush as other customers who have deliberately ruined items of clothing bought from him in order to get a refund.

He called me dishonest for not furnishing him with all the info about the order - all the info was in the picture of the eBay order I sent to his social media manager.

I was today a bad review wouldn’t harm their business as it’s not important.

All I can say about his company is customer doesn’t come first, the items we faulty and of the poorest quality I have ever seen from deerhunter (questioning if they were fake by how bad they were).

If you have a fault they want you to cover postage.
Obnoxious rude staff (it’s a family business with a poor attitude culture toward customers)
I felt threaded by the director who was angry before the call stated, made idol threats and was massively upset that an unhappy customer would leave a bad review.

I can’t post picture of the coat on here but imagine the a £200 coat that the popper buttons have fallen off, zips ripped, piping around pockets hanging off after 2 months.

My advice would be to search for a local reputable deerhunter supplier and not use this family run company unless you can look the obnoxious owners in the face when you have a problem.

I will be taking a visit to the shop when I’m next up that way and see if he dares talk to me the way he did today over the phone
