Labrums Solicitors LLP Anmeldelser

We have completed our sale and purchase in a difficult chain and we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Cassey Sharman as our conveyancer. All the other reviews about her are true and we also had the same experience of her outstanding professionalism. Things may have not worked out the way they did without her - she is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, responsive and by far the best solicitor we have ever dealt with. She has led the process all the way, was always a step ahead, communicated superbly and resolved all the issues - what more could we have asked for? We would recommended her to anybody without hesitation. The Labrums team seemed very good and Cassey is truly outstanding - a rare find!

I highly recommend Labrums as I was very impressed with the service provided. Very friendly but very professional and helped resolve my situation in a timely manner.

We used Labrums as our conveyancers for our sale and purchase of our new property. We were assigned Cassey-Ann Sharman as our conveyancer and I must say that we were delighted with her professionalism, determination and sheer consistency to get the chain over the line. We were in a very long chain and there were many complications but Cassey was pro-active emailing the onward chain every morning for updates and applying pressure making sure she would hit our move in deadline. We honestly can’t thank Cassey, Bethany and the whole team at Labrums enough!!

Great service from Cassey-Ann. She was always contactable and made selling my house a lot less stressful than other experiences. I would highly recommend her and labrum’s.

Cassey-ann Sharman recently completed conveyancing for our house sale. Her support and advice throughout the process was excellent and we were very impressed that she just got on with sorting things while the buyers and their solicitors seemed to be mucking around all the time.

We have just purchased a property and our Convenyancer was Cassey-ann Sharman. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, making possible our hope to be in our new home in 3 months. Cassey-ann is responsive and organised and the whole experience was a world away from previous house buying experiences. We will be recommending Labrums and Cassey-ann in particular to anybody we know planning a move.

We recently completed the purchase of our home. Cassey Sharman was simply amazing. Throughout the process we found ourselves commenting on how great it was to have her on our team. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was more than happy to answer every single one in a super friendly and clear way.

She was very effective and efficient, making the process seamless. Even when we encountered some potential issues, she was quick, decisive and reassuring. She promptly responded to every question and request, and kept us informed throughout.

More than that, we felt someone was caring for us through a process that can be daunting.

Cassey’s team was also great. Bethany’s support deserves equal praise, as she was attentive to detail and very communicative.

Could not recommend more!

High quality service, very responsive and thoughtful. Would highly recommend.

We completed the sale of our house from abroad which made the transaction more complex. Cassey and Bethany were always very helpful, responded promptly and gave us thoughtful advice. Would highly recommend.

We used Labrums Solicitors LLP for a property purchase during very difficult Covid times and our main contact was a Conveyancer Cassey Sharman.
Cassey was absolutely fantastic from the start to finish. She kept us constantly informed of the progress, was efficient, quickly got things done. Cassey was very helpful, friendly, and approachable and worked very hard to make sure we had completed as soon as possible.
She was professional, explaining various elements of the conveyancing process, prompt to respond to questions, and efficient with paperwork too. We were reassured by her and she was a pleasure to do business with - critical at such a stressful time.
Thank you again for all your hard work, we cannot express how happy we are with the service and cannot recommend Cassey more.
After the completion Cassey was still supportive, during a stressful time of moving just before Christmas, and always did her utmost to sort out difficulties for us. We will definitely be using her again next time.
All the best and have a delightful Festive Season and great New Year!

A huge thank you to all those at Labrums for ensuring my house purchase went through by the end of September.
Bethany, was always professional and answered all of my questions or forwarded queries onto someone who could.
Cassey, worked tirelessly from the minute she was responsible for my purchase. She went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I literally cannot thank her enough.

Massive thanks to Bethany, Cassey and all at Labrums that were involved in the sales of our home. This has by far been the most seamless and pain-free sales proceeding that we have experienced to date.
