Labrums Solicitors LLP Anmeldelser

My only criticism is that communication at times was a little slow, and that the portal for document transfers was not as good as others that I have used in the past.
The team were all very friendly, and the property freehold report that they produced was very comprehensive.

Unfortunately, I had to update my review for Labrums because of the last transaction I had. Sharing the transaction of the SDLT payment and proof of land registry update application comes as standard in purchases. However, I haven't received any updates on these two and when I asked for an update the response was "We do not as standard update clients of the points you have raised below." I was lucky that the solicitor still shared with me the necessary reference numbers but how on earth that sharing these is not a part of standard procedure while they are charging for these activities. They have to include this in their standard process like all other solicitors do.

Great service for the sale of my flat. Efficient, answered questions promptly & Laura Mills got the job done. Yes would definitely recommend them.

This firm is all about money and shows little concern for their clients. They were dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for genuine legal support.

I was looking for the services of a UK based Law firm which has Spanish lawyers within its UK based team. Labrums provided the will writing service I needed at a fair cost, including liaison with my UK estates planning lawyer. The service ensured I had complete alignment of my wishes both within the UK and Spain. This included arranging my document signing and Spanish registration of the will, in Spain, with a notary of my choice at a suitable date and time. and I would not hesitate in recommending its services for matters relating to Spanish law.

Labrum’s were very helpful, Issac gave us good advice in regards to a Spanish bank account we had. Highly recommended, thank you Labrum.

The delay being in Sydney is exacerbated by actions expected late in the week, more timely communication would help. Otherwise - brilliant. Lauren is the best, very patient and considered, unruffled and clear in her advice.

Labrums offered us constant support with the purchase of our first home. They were consistently transparent and extremely responsive to our queries and emails. Their online portal for uploading documents was easy to use.

I find this legal firm to be of a high quality. The solicitors were very professional in that they always clarified and guided me through the legal process and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Trustworthiness is another significant strength, as I felt secure knowing that my case was being handled with my best interests and also that they were communicating transparently in every aspect of the legal proceedings. I commend their dedication and responsiveness.

My solicitor, Lauren Hadolt, and the senior partner, Michael Labrum, were very dedicated and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt supported and informed. They epitomize what it means to be a professional in the legal field (trustworthy, attentive and knowledgeable). I am very grateful for their support and expertise, so would definitely recommend this firm.

Very professional company. Thorough service. Felt confident with all advice given

This is a lovely family firm based in St. Albans. All the solicitors and the support staff are very dedicated to their clients and customer care is at the forefront of everything they do.

Extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, re current Equity Release negotiations. Not, unfortunately, the principal solicitor in this case - wish they had been!

Brilliant service from Sergio the Spanish Solicitor. I called many law firms before settling on Labrums. Sergio listened, was empathetic and did what he said he would do. He supported with a Spanish inheritance issue, ensuring a good outcome in what were difficult circumstances.

As a first-time buyer, my experience with Labrums has been nothing less than amazing. Laura and her team handled the case very efficiently, answered all my questions, and kept me updated on the progress. I was referred to them by a friend who also had a good experience. I’ll definitely use their services again

Help and guidance was always available and the assignment was carried out in a very professional way.

Great service and cost effective. Michael gave calm, sage advice when all around were losing their minds. Labrums are my 'go to' for anything to do with property/leases/landlord and tenant disputes.

I dealt with Sergio Zamudio Bastida at Labrums Solicitors LLP in respect of a Spanish estate and for the sale of a property in Spain. At every step in the process he was very supportive and gave great advice, and he provided an excellent service throughout. I would recommend Sergio and Labrums.

Steffi and her team at Labrum’s are exceptional. They are responsive, friendly, considerate and very very good at their jobs. Highly, highly recommend!

Very efficient and courteous
Accomodating and answering all our questions

Communication was excellent. Helpful, polite and able to answer queries that related to complicated issues with ease
