Great selection to choose from however I'm surprised that ksmart didn't factor in applicable vat/customs charges given I selected an EU delivery address. As a result my package has been withheld until I pay customs charge. Amazon can manage this scenario when shipping from UK, why can't you. Disappointing experience.

I have already purchased a number sign from your Company before and was really pleased with it. However the problem was because of all the bad weather i.e. rain, it has taken off the number and first line of the address. This is because there is no protection between the gap from the front plate and the plate that is on the wall. That aside I like the product enough to purchase a second one and the cost is good to. I would also like to say that delivery was made a day early so impressed all round.

Amazon stated they delivered the sign we ordered and posted it through our letter box. Nothing arrived- we were in all day.

Waited in all day- no delivery and impossible to contact Amazon.

Problem with Amazon not supplier

Contacted supplier direct and they are going to resend via a private courier rather than use Amazon

Great service my order arrived very quick , i didn't know what to expect when buying my house sign as it was alot better price than elsewhere for what i think is a very similar item , i'm very pleased with it easy to read with the gold backing the word plate is on top of, i would recommend for sure as very reasonable compared to other companies offerings , comes with template to get the holes in correct place and fittings.
