The sign quality is good
The sign quality is good, the customer service is responsible and helpful. The reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that I can't find the sign I want easily and it turns out I need to contact the customer service through web chat, however I still ordered the wrong one unfortunately. If they can make the website more user friendly I would say they worth 5 stars

What You see is what You get
Product is good and with clear instructions.
For customer from the continent I had access to the tracking number given, but lead to no tracking information on the site. I didn't mind, but I can understand others would.

Polite and Helpful company
I order a sign for my door and said it was due to be dispatched within 2 days and it was. I was gutted as royal mail have been messing me about and haven't delivered my sign! So when I contacted ksmartsign to let them know straight away customer services offered to replace it straight away and even allowed me to send the new to a different address so I definitely recieve it! I cannot fault this company am so happy thank you so much again will be recommending to anyone looking for a sign!!

Great customer service.
Great customer service.....I couldn't find exactly what I was looking in terms of the type of sign I wanted, emailed Ksmart over a weekend and actually received a reply on a Sunday. After a few more emails back and forth, Ksmart had arranged a design and within 48hrs it was in my hands. Can't fault Ksmart....great customer service, great workmanship and very well packaged with clear installation instructions. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to add that personal touch with a custom made sign. Many thanks Ksmart.
