Got my MacBook Pro from KRCS. Prompt service and reply from them makes this company the best in UK. I am very happy with the services provided by KRCS.

Company sold too many preorders for a device and then didn’t inform customers for days after that there would be a 4 week wait after release date. It’s not hard to update the site with “not available for preorder” once they have sold their stock. Only got an automated response clearly don’t care about there customers.

Bought a new macbook after having my last one for over 10 years, KRCS were the best choice. Not a company i'd heard of before but looked at them on Trustpilot and the reviews were good so i decided to buy from them. The experience has been great, fast delivery, great communication and only company i could find that offered 0% interest over 12 months. Price of macbook was really good too. Would definitely use again - thank you.

Customer service was bang on, excellent prices & 0% finance. Wont be using any other site from now on

3. MacBook arrived before the estimated date
4. Spec as ordered

Currently, NHS workers get 0% discount on MacBooks when buying direct from Apple.

KRCS was my preferred Apple reseller, but I will never buy from them again.

I routinely avoid dealing with DHL’s business customers. However, I forgot to ask KRCS who they use for “Express Delivery” during our call. The worst part is the equipment that’s disappeared into DHL’s black hole can be bought from any number of suppliers. What an idiot!

I know I’m entitled to a refund, but really, why put yourself in that position?

KRCS, you can read my DHL review on Trustpilot, along with everyone else’s. Why use them? It must cost you a fortune. 3-stars reflects your choice of business partner and its impact on the customer experience.

UPDATE 18:00 20-8-24:
DHL tracking info now reads: “Sorry, but we haven’t been able to locate the delivery address from the information provided by the sender.” A rough translation is: Didn’t fancy delivering the parcel, so defaced the address label, returned it to the depot and blamed the customer (KRCS).

Best service: KRCS offers various product options, excellent payment plans which are aligned with all relevant providers and are easy to apply for, literally within minutes. My order was received quickly and I am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you KRCS for being a provider one can count on.

The ordering system and delivery was flawless even when I contacted to make a last minute change.

Would definitely be returning to KRCS for any other apple purchases. And I mustn't forget to mention the 5% discount on Ipad Air (10% discount for macbookpro) and a second year of Apple Warranty.

Brilliant service must shop it due to excellent services

I placed my order over bank holiday weekend. I was kept updated about the progress. The device was delivered 2 working days after the bank holiday finished. The price was reasonable. My questions were answered in a timely manner. I can't fault my experience with KRCS.

I've purchase highly specced MacBook M3 Pro 14" with high specification for my work/studies. I am a university student and their discount was really significant, couple hundreds pounds saved. The shipping was really prompt and they're also giving an extended 2nd warranty (1st year by Apple, 2nd by KRCS) on all purchases which is amazing.

I would highly recommend, especially when you're a student and can get hold of the amazing discount.

I attended their Nottingham Queens Drive premises for a phone repair through my Nat West Platinum Bank package. I was advised the phone could not be repaired and that they would order a replacement from Apple which would arrive in 2/3 days. It is now eight days on and they have not supplied a phone. They have never attempted to contact me to provide an update. I have called on numerous occasions but just been fobbed off with various excuses. Avoid this business if you can as they do not know what good customer service is. I will never use them again and advise everyone I know to avoid at all costs.
