I ordered a MacBook Neo on Saturday, I called on Monday as I needed it urgently, I was told it would be dispatched and delivered on Tuesday, which it was. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Would definitely use them again.

We were directed here by Apple as an alternative to their Leicester store, once we were there we found out that they were not an Apple store but an associate store and the can’t resolve half the problems a main store can, avoid the trap set by Apple.
The people at the shop were really apologetic, and had tried to tell apple, but were having no joy.

Ordered a new mac mini a few months ago, with October delivery date. I then was asked for more money or order would get cancelled. Managed to get the extra money issue out the way and now they cancelled my order due to the new M6 coming out. Not happy with the service. Would avoid and go direct with apple, as they are giving there customer free upgrades on backlog orders of the mac mini, and never asked for more money after ordering.

Can not say anything bad about Krcs. They have been more than helpful. Quick delivery and great service. Their prices are more than competitive. Would recommend them to anyone within the health sector. Thank you

We bought two Apple Studio Displays at the end of June 2026 and one developed a fault following a software update so had to be returned. Our thanks to Claire, Stuart and Sam for their advice, support, clear detailed emails and ensuring we had a replacement within four working days of KRCS receiving and checking out our returned monitor. Shipping with DPD has also been good on both occasions.

i am a blind guy who needed help with some airpod Pro's, i popped in and a guy named Johnny helped me out, he really went above and beyond to help me. i got home and had another issue, went back today, he was there and helped resolve it straight away, so i asked for his name so i could leave a review

Now I have received a full refund, I can write this review.

"Hurry, save 10%!" says KRCS, describing themselves as an Apple Premium Reseller.

On 23 June, KRCS confirmed the price offered and took my money for a model that had to be ordered, with delivery expected the next week.

Three days later I received email from KRCS:

"I just wanted to get in touch with a quick update on your order xxxx.

"Apple has announced a raft of pricing changes, with immediate effect from 25th June, which unfortunately affects products that are currently on order, including yours:

"As a result, the price has changed as follows:

[an increase of £450, up by 16%]

"We appreciate this isn’t ideal, so we wanted to check in with you before proceeding."

I was given the 'option' to "cancel the order at no charge."

I insisted on supply at the price agreed, but the best offered was "a further £200 off the repriced amount."

Although considering taking this further under law, I felt obliged to cancel by requesting a full refund.

The positive is that I did manage to source a better deal with MacFinder - although having to commit to that before the refund from KRCS showed up on my CC.

As ever, I can only praise and recommend KRCS service, clear communications, and their professional but friendly ways of dealing with Apple products, a MacBook in this case, and customers. I have no hesitation in recommending KRCS for good, clear deals, punctual delivery and all-round A1 service. I would far rather deal with someone I know and trust than muddy-about with questionable discounts, iffy service and or faceless, unknown dealers.

Received an email from Philip Woods the director of KRCS yesterday which stated I needed to pay an extra £800+ for my Mac Studio or cancel the order. The order was placed on 29th May and on the 1st June I had email confirmation from Sam Thomas their Administration Executive that the order had been placed. I put a downpayment of £305.88 towards this order and had a 12month payment plan through Klarna. I even cancelled my annual holiday so I could cover the cost of the Mac Studio, and purchased a separate monitor which has already arrived only to be told they aren't going to honour the price I had originally bought the item for due to Apple's recent price increase. I have since sent an email to Apple's executive team and am awaiting a response, as well as Citizens Advice and Klarna. I also found it incredibly interesting that I was told this information on Friday and given a deadline of Monday to respond. I am refusing to cancel or agree to anything until I have had sufficient advice from Citizens Advice, Apple and Klarna. There is no way they can drop a bombshell like that and expect people to give them an answer within 2days, especially with it being the weekend and nowhere is open for business. Unfortunately for me, I'm in a situation where I needed this equipment in order to work so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. But what they've done is extremely unfair and if they valued their customers over their bottom line they would do the right thing and honour the prices that their customers had bought their items for. It is to my understanding that these price increases impact new orders, not orders that are currently on order, I am just awaiting confirmation from Apple in regards to that.

Update 16th July - Laptop turned up today earlier then the original estimate before we had the issues with the pricing change which is great for me. After the problem early on the team were good at responding to my queries and resolving the issues.

Update 2nd July 26: KRCS has been working to resolve this with Apple and have made good progress, with daily comms and commitment to honour the order.

A clear statement from the MD Ken Woods on the situation which I can fully sympathise with and therefore I'm upgrading from 1 to 4 stars as I believe this was put on them by the disti's and Apple. Sadly I think they were caught in the middle

I will update the score and review again once I take delivery.

I ordered and fully paid for a Macbook m5 Max 128gb , their own system states you cannot cancel a custom order. Initially aske me for an extra £1600 (due to significant RAM price increases) or to cancel my order.

We know Apple have yesterday put up prices for new orders but an existing order after several weeks is dissapointing.

I ordered a Mac mini in April 2026 which said would be delivered on 21 days. I then got an update saying 6 weeks. 10 weeks in and still no Mac mini. I today got an email to say that the price was going up over £200 and they would not honour the original price. Surely if you place an order, both you and the company are accepting the price under contract law. I have cancelled the order as the customer service was poor and I simply refuse to be told I’ve got to pay a significant amount more when I thought I would get this order after 3 weeks!
Update to this- I am now awaiting advice from trading standards. My cancellation still stands but we have to stand up when things are so clearly wrong.

Ordered a Macbook on Wednesday night expecting it to be delivered on Friday, as advertised. On Friday they emailed me saying I need to either pay £250 extra or cancel the order. This is a textbook bait and switch.

Found what I needed on the Krcs website, quick delivery at excellent prices, and helpful follow up.

They nearly lost me as a client. Im not a big one but my small company spends £10k or so every few years and this time a laptop went missing in transit. Initially I was disappointed at the seeming lack of concern and inability to think outside the box and solve a missing unit. Just as I was screaming blue murder and disbelief - Robert Woods the director solved it. He saw the issue, he weighed up the possible outcomes and was decisive, as a manager should be. I received a replacement at a better than favourable rate, in a better than extimated time frame and they kept a client. Thanks

Upgrading from 2 stars to 4 stars because of sterling customer service from Claire Gee, who took responsibility for my laptop and saw it through end to end until I finally received it today! My advice to KRCS: move away from DHL, like so many other reviewers have said here - it's a very restrictive service for recipients and they've replaced all human customer service reps with automated systems, so nothing ever gets resolved. Awful courier in DHL; Good company in KRCS.

Ordered a business-critical MacBook from KRCS and the post-purchase delivery experience has been extremely disappointing.

After two missed delivery attempts (which I had proactively warned KRCS about in advance), I was repeatedly assured by multiple customer service representatives that DHL would automatically make a third delivery attempt on specific dates. I rearranged work and travel plans around these assurances, only for the laptop never to arrive.

It has now become clear that DHL only attempt delivery twice before returning items to sender, meaning the repeated promises of a “third automatic delivery attempt” were simply inaccurate. Communication between KRCS and DHL appeared confused throughout, and I was given contradictory information over several days.

I appreciate that mistakes happen, but the repeated misinformation and lack of clarity caused significant disruption and wasted a substantial amount of my time. As of writing, I still haven't received my MacBook.

Very disappointing experience, especially given the value of the purchase and KRCS’s reputation.

Customer Service is shocking. Unable to answer any customer query without looking at a computer screen first

Ease of ordering through KRCS. Never used this company before as always purchased through Apple.

I will definitely use KRCS again for future purchases. Very happy with the experience from viewing, purchasing and a speedy delivery.
