perfect shipping, gorgeous bag, nothing else to say

The bag was quickly dispatched and received within a day or two of ordering. Item is high quality, durable and has plenty of space in it. My only minor complaint would be that the moss green colour is not as colourful as the images online make it look, it is a little washed out. However it was a present for my partner and she absolutely loved it so we are very happy!

The pack looks and performs exactly as it appears on the site!

Fantastic service. After 8 months of product ownership, the internal zip broke. A quick e mail, free returns slip and a week later, a brand new bag was delivered. Decent, honest customer service and of course very high quality products.

Very helpful staff. Good quality goods

Quick delivery, brilliant product. Ive wanted one of these bags for so long. I will be getting the hole set!

Great costumer service and very obliging.

An excellent product, promptly delivered and it looks great.

Looks perfectly vintage out of the box. Timely shipping to the US.

I was in two minds about buying the bag, it looked great but I was sceptical about the amount of social coverage.. turned up well packaged and the bag out of the box exceeded expectation. Now to give it some and see how well it lasts.
So far so good .

Great products, great customer service! After Royal Mail had stereotypically fluffed one of my returns deliveries, the Kovered team were quick to jump in and rectify the mistake; issuing a refund in quick time, no questions asked. Quick to respond, polite and organised in their approach - a refreshing, pleasant experience all-round.

Customer service was great. I contacted regarding the bag and got a response the very next day. The bag is great as expected. Spacious and stylish.

There are so many messenger bags on the market that made this quite a task to choose the right one. This is 100% the right choice. This is a beautifully crafted bag made from really robust material and you can tell it is likely to stand the test of time.
The style and colours give it a great vintage feel. All of the fixings and zips are solid and the availability of compartments caters for everything you could possibly need for work.
I used the chat facility to ask a question about dimensions and recieved a prompt reply out of normal office hours which was a bonus.
This has been a great experience from start to finish and these products represent excellent value for money. No need to look any further, get a great product, and deal, from Kovered.

Great bag - sturdy and stylish - just what I needed

Product is fantastic quality, communication was excellent and value for money cannot be argued with. Recommended to all.

The customer service is very responsive and kind. The bag arrived in great care and served me well on a recent overseas trip. I highly recommend this company!

Arrived today and perfect for what I want. Well made and the lining looks the goods.
Shipped pretty quick to Australia. Had things from Sydney to here take longer lately.

Looks like I won’t be buying another bag for a while 👍
