Very swift delivery and lovely quality bag. Thanks!

Quick responses from the company, fast delivery, fantastic quality products. Planning to buy more soon.

The company representatives are professional, courteous, and timely with all correspondence! The products are well made and higher end products. The products are very fashionable with a casual and professional slant. I have purchased 4 of the products from Kovered.

Quality product, well packaged and delivery very quickly.

Quick delivery, quality product

Very happy with the Backpack.

The ordering and delivery was very smooth and efficient.

The website showed beautiful bags. My purchase was easy to buy.
The shipping was quick and packaged carefully not to be damaged.
The bag itself was as described. It’s big enough for my needs, well made, sturdy.
Very pleased with my purchase.

Second product purchase and again absolutely love the quality and design. Very fast shipping considering the big pond jump.

Good quality and a nice bit of kit,the price is very good for this kind of quality!
I don't think I'll be buying another bag for a long time.

Kovered has some amazing products in their assortment, and it was incredibly difficult to choose from! We received our parcel very fast (in the Netherlands) and are extremely happy with the products we chose. They are sturdy, stylish, and well-functioning. We can't wait to use them more at home and while traveling. Customer service was also very pleasant, friendly and quick.

I have owned a Medway messenger bag for about five years. I love it, I used it every day for work and it has been all over the place with me from France to Morocco. It's still very solid but the pulls on the two external zips have broken off and it makes it a bit awkward to use. I contacted Kovered to see if there was any chance of getting it repaired. I sent a couple of pictures on request and, as they do not undertake those sort of repairs and the Medway is no longer produced, they offered me a new replacement Mersey free of charge! I didn't even have to return my old bag. I have been a fan of Kovered pretty well since they started and have bought a number of items for myself and as gifts, but in this case that didn't come into it - they were dealing with just this item. I've always appreciated their quality, attention to detail, and ethos, and this is the first time I've ever contacted customer service. I cannot sufficiently express my appreciation of their excellent care!

Update 24/10/25: My Mersey musette arrived today - it had actually been dispatched during the close of my communication with customer support so arrived very quickly. I wouldn’t have believed it, but it’s even sturdier than my previous Medway which served me so well. I’m looking forward to breaking it in and taking it to a few more countries. Thanks again to the team at Kovered.

Excellent product. Efficient, appropriate and timely customer service. Definitely a customer-first approach. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had a backpack from Kobered for a number of years now and sadly misplaced a buckle a while back. I wrote to the customer care email ID and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Kovered replaced a missing buckle on my backpack in just a couple of days. Very responsive and swift delivery.

Attentive and efficient with a good product

Purchased the Humber 2.0 Waxed Canvas Holdall in Tan. Great bag, great quality with surprising amount of storage space! Looks like it'll last a long time given the great materials used.

Fast order processing.
My package has been waiting in customs for nearly a week. Would. Like to know why.

What a lovely bag, we will enjoy our next trip.
As this is oiled it would be helpful to understand the potential 'bleed' onto contacting fabrics.

Beautiful,backpack.
Good quality.
Kovered staff replied promptly to my email.
Gave helpful advice and still gave me the option to return if I wished.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My experience with the purchase was good because I knew all the time what was happening with the order and the shipping of the product.
The most I had to do was wait for the product to clear customs. I also received an explanation for this as soon as the product arrived in Slovenia.
