Still not replying to my emails about faulty products. Having to take this up with my card company now …

Absolutely brilliant whiskey glass, which was an excellent choice for my friend’s 50th. Reasonable and fast delivery.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.
I placed an order of approximately €30 in November. Because I live in a private residential complex where deliveries can sometimes be difficult, I proactively contacted customer support before shipment to make sure my address was correct.

Their team informed me that they had identified an issue with the address in their system. However, they assured me that everything had been fixed: the address had been manually corrected in their records and the correct information would also be provided to the carrier.

Based on those assurances, I trusted that the issue had been resolved.
The estimated delivery date was between January 3 and January 8. By mid-February, I had still received nothing. I had to repeatedly contact customer support for updates, only to receive generic responses such as "it will arrive soon" with no meaningful information.
After checking the tracking information myself, I discovered that the package had already arrived in Italy, passed through Milan and then Rome, and was effectively at the final stage of delivery. Shortly afterward, it was returned to China because the delivery address was considered incomplete or inconsistent.

This was the exact issue I had raised in advance and that customer support had explicitly told me had been corrected.

When I contacted them again and sent a detailed email explaining the entire situation, I expected at least an explanation, an apology, or some effort to resolve the problem. Instead, the response I received was dismissive and essentially consisted of sending me my own address back, as if the matter was entirely my responsibility.

What disappointed me most was not even the months-long delay. It was the customer service. Poor communication, no transparency, no accountability, and an attitude that came across as indifferent to the customer and unwilling to help.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never purchase from this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for reliable customer support or professional service.

Disappointing product. I ordered two crumple whisky glasses expecting a premium, Japanese-crafted product. What arrived was anything but. The glasses feel cheap and lightweight, the quality is poor, and they were packaged badly. The glasses were shipped from China — not Japan — so I doubt the premium Japanese craftsmanship image that the Kori website suggests. I definitely don't recommend Kori to anyone looking for quality whiskey glasses

I like glassware from Kori. My issue is the packaging ... the glassware arrived in bubble wrap. I now have to find a box and packing material appropriate for a Christmas gift.

Company is a scam. Delivered China, and mass produced. Do not buy. Not handmade in Japan at all. Ordered mine a month ago, still sat in mainland China on tracking. Oh and you have to pay for returns back to China.

Delivery was delayed so arrived late. When it did arrive one of the items was broken. I have tried to contact Kori Whisky several times with no response to any. Really shoddy customer service, and actually the glass that was not broken seems really poor quality. Do not recommend buying from this seller

My glasses did not come with the box that was advertised. I reached out multiple times and got no reply. Customer service is terrible

Wonce you order they won't leave you alone, just send emails saying, there's a problem with your card, please pay through the link, sounds very dodgy to me.

Worth the wait the glasses are stunning and a perfect vessel for whiskey!

Seriously unimpressed and the glasses haven’t even arrived yet.

Be very aware that despite the site stating “priority worldwide shipping” and “ships next day” it’s not true. You have to navigate to Help -> Shipping & delivery and you’ll see that it can take 18 business days to arrive!! I needed them in a hurry, wish I hadn’t bothered. Given the other reviews here regarding quality, I’m seriously doubtful these will live up to the $100+ price tag!

Whiskey glass is clearly mass produced Chinese tat, not handmade in Japan as described (you can see the seam from the mold in mine). Try to keep a straight face when comparing what turns up with the website description of the 'master artisans' who supposedly made these. The presentation box is balsa wood and arrived broken.

Like others said, when you realise your mistake the only option they offer is to return it to China at your expense or take a 20% refund to go away.

Surprised that they are fighting so hard against my credit card recharge dispute when this is clearly a low effort Temu dropshipping operation.

Having looked at the rating and feedback i was really surprised as it certainly wasnt reflected in my experience! I recently purchased 2 glasses for a close friend and was really impressed with not only the quality of the product but the associated communication from order to delivery. This has led to this next purchase, and hopefully the same levels of communication and quality.

The order never arrived. You cannot enter the order number into the box to trace your order. You cannot write to customer support or call them.
Currently I consider this site a scam.

I have previously purchased glasses from this site with no issue. However, my latest order went missing and Evri couldn't find it. I contacted Kori whisky 3 times and still not heard anything back from them. Their customer service is appalling. Thankfully I paid by PayPal, who are now dealing with my complaint

Your product(s) are exceptional, unique - a classic Japanese style. your packaging is as well creative and give the sense of overall quality.

I have been drinking whiskey and such for many a years and enjoy drinking / tasting my whiskey out of a Kori glass.
