Do not buy from this company! Ordered from this company as website shows the beautiful glasses! Received my order after 3 weeks and what I received is nothing like what they advertised. A flimsy light weight glass is what was sent. Poorly made and badly made.

After months I am still waiting for a promised refund for the VERY POOR quality whiskey glasses I bought

While there was a slight delay in delivery, the knife I ordered was beautiful, very sharp with outstanding metal craftsmanship for a reasonable price. I have other Japanese kitchen knives and expect this knife to fill a gap in my kitchen knife set. It is a bit smaller, good for speedier or more precise cutting. I’m not a chef but my mother had a small restaurant that I grew up around, but I am a foodie who enjoys preparing food for myself and guests who visit. This beautiful tool helps me “getting into “ my cooking. Speaking of, dinner time and time to test this thing out!

THE ORDER AND DELIVERY SERVICE EXPERIENCE. ALSO QUICK RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I disliked the glass has lines in them. Looks like a bad clam molding process. The weight of the glass is nice and texture is a nice touch. I ordered a set of 6. The shipping did take a little longer than expected which I can understand. I’m just disappointed with the appearance. I have way more cheaper glasses that have a more fine and brought together design. They are a conversation starter but that’s about it.

I love the experience, the quickness of the delivery and the beautiful presentation boxes! Will definitely order more around the holidays for gifts!

An absolute shower of a company, willing to hide behind small print to cover up a very shoddy product . It took around 2 weeks to arrive all the way from China even though these were marketed as Japanese craft glasses. Holding a glass one would not think they were special they felt like plastic and looked cheap and tacky, the glass weighed just 150 grammes. Multiple complaints back and forth and all the staff do make hoolow appologies point you at the fine print re shipping and If you wan to return the glass for a refund you have to pay fir the shipping all the way back to China! DO NOT BUY THESE,

I ordered two shot glasses for my son. They arrived in good time. Packed very well, and when he opened them, they were absolutely beautiful. I’m very pleased with the service and certainly will buy again

I was working in Alaska when I made my order when I got home, well after the delivery date, and glasses where not there.i eventually msged the company and said my order was returned to them as un deliverable. Don't know why but they fixed the problem and sent my order promptly. It was packaged very well so nothing would break during shipping. The glasses are very cool. I also bought shot glasses for my land lords which were exceptional. The only problem with my rocks glasses is, my fault, I drink vodka and the great character of my glasses doesn't really show, as vodka is clear! Great product and good experience. Thanks, Ed

Arrived fast and looks beautiful. Fair prices and good quality

Scam!
Placed an order that never arrived, called them no answer, said the carrier never found my address, after months of reaching out they asked me to pay just the delivery, again never arrived, I reached them out said the carrier never found my address, that I had to call the carrier ( never heard of that company; they could use UPS, FEDEX, USPS) to set a complain. Almost a year already and try 2 times and still nothing.

What’s more to say than you’re buying what you’re getting. Got a bartender brother and for his birthday I had gifted him the advanced box set that he likes to pop out whenever there’s company.

The glasses shipped on time. They look great in my opinion. Bought a set for a friend but got to see them and use one also. I think they feel good in your hand, are good quality, and also have options of something just a little different than other whiskey glasses I’ve seen. My buddy had recently gotten several other whiskey glasses at the time I gave the set but the Kori whiskey glasses I got were different from the ones he already had and had gotten. He loved them. I liked how they came with metal ice cubes. Probably can’t have too many if you enjoy sipping on whiskey. Also liked how they came in a little wooden box to protect it in shipping and also keep protecting it if you’re moving. If you want a nice gift of whiskey glasses for yourself or as a gift I think Kori Whiskey glass or set is an excellent choice.

Got a variety of different style of glasses to choose from, I was able to find the one style that match my friend’s personality and within the affordable price range. To get the best deal, i actually bought the seocnd one right after the first one with offered discount code and save it on the side for upcoming event in need.

From ordering to receiving, the process was easy and when my parcel arrived it was packed professionally and perfectly just like when you order anything Japanese
Would recommend them to friends, family or even foes

My Husband collect the Whiskey Glases. So I'm give home one to every Birthday and Christmas. The Packaging of the Glases is an Experiences to and so my Huby is exited like a Child to open it. The Glases are all stunning and a very good Quality. I never see before. We collect them further. Thank you Kori
