Great improvements in transparency and excellent customer support!

I’ve been investing with Konvi for some time now, and I’m pleased to see the platform continuously evolving and taking investor feedback seriously.

One of the most welcome improvements is the introduction of boost funding progress bars, which provide much-needed transparency into how much funding is available and how much remains at different boost levels. The newly introduced funding end-date indicators are another useful addition, helping investors make more informed and timely decisions.

I’ve also noticed significant improvements in asset updates and auction transparency. Konvi now provides clearer information about upcoming auction dates, links to follow live auctions, and opportunities to track hammer prices. It’s particularly reassuring to receive updates about the actual overage generated when an asset sells above its guaranteed price, or about the acquisition process when the auction outcome doesn’t meet expectations. These improvements make the investment journey much easier to follow.

I’d also like to personally acknowledge Eran Peer for his exceptional customer support. Recently, I needed to make a withdrawal and was simultaneously experiencing some technical issues with the app. Eran gave my concerns personal attention, kept me informed with real-time updates, and actively helped resolve the issues. That level of responsiveness and accountability makes a real difference, especially when dealing with investments and withdrawals.

Why 4 stars instead of 5? While the platform has made impressive progress, I believe there’s still room to improve the overall app experience, technical reliability, and speed of withdrawals. These are important areas for building long-term investor confidence.

Overall, I’m happy with the direction Konvi is heading. The increased transparency, continuous feature improvements, and dedicated customer support demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving the investor experience.

Keep up the good work, Konvi team! I’m looking forward to seeing the platform grow and improve further.

I like the idea being invested into art and it is quiet a new experience. I develope a taste for the worth and price of art. Konvi helps to participate with smaler amount. The payout comes within the deadline. (This could be a bit shorter but it‘s ok.) I will continue investing via Konvi.

I appreciate the transparency, the support and the App getting better. I’ve already done 5 successful exits and waiting to do a lot more. Konvi has constantly been able to adapt to the market and I think that’s their biggest strength.

Do not use. Deeply disappointing, and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional company.

I invested in an asset through Konvi 6 months ago. I have not received any return, dividend or anything of that sort. I’ve messaged their support 15, or so, times, with one answer responding that ”we should keep talking” basically.

As of now I have filed a formal complaint of my ”investment”. In my opinion - Businesses that behave this way, doesn’t deserve their business. Super disappointed

Update 29/9: Interestingly, Konvi responded very quickly after this review was published. They acknowledged delays and “a strong lack of customer support”. And had issues with some wording.

I have therefore removed one disputed wording and reworded some statements, since English isn’t my first language. My overall opinion of how Konvi has handled my investment and my repeated attempts to contact them remains unchanged.

J'ai fait un essai en investissant dans un Bansky boosté x2 en vente aux enchères. J'ai mis le minimum : 250€ le 28/04/2026 et j'ai récupéré 261,68€ dans mon wallet le 16/06/2026. Ça fonctionne !
Je mets 4 étoiles parceque j'ai récupéré l'argent sur mon compte bancaire seulement le 23/07/26 après 3 relances et un dépassement des 10 jours ouvrables annoncés.

Un site très sérieux pour l'investissement alternatif.
Utilisateur de la plateforme depuis plus de 4 ans ave plusieurs retraits/reventes, le site et la roadmap progresse positivement avec de nouveaux services et de nouvelles thèses d'investissements.

App con un assistenza cliente inesistente,comprato delle piccole quote di bansky investimento andato a buon fine ma i soldi non te li fanno prelevare mi hanno richiesto della documentazione da allegare ,inviata più volte sono passati mesi ma non si sono fatti sentire scomparsi dileguati nel nulla

Excellent customer service from Eran Peer, CEO. I wasn’t able to get in touch via the app, but after posting here about some concerns about a payout taking long, he immediately contacted me on WhatsApp and kept me updated about the transfer, even arranged an instant payout for me to rectify my initial experience.

I have been a long time user of Konvi (since 2020), and now I am starting to see the payoffs of having patience and trust in this company. I believe that their last switch to the auction model is also a nice one.

I love the platform and am increasingly pleased with the direction this idea has taken. The investment strategy is clear and well-defined across all stages.

Ottimo modo per diversificare gli investimenti e puntare su qualcosa di altamente remunerativo.
Ovvio che siano strumenti illiquidi con i giusti periodi di apprezzamento e successiva uscita.
Posso dire che lato pagamenti sono puntuali, la comunicazione è ottima e trasparente.

J'ai fait une demande de retrait, ça fait plus de 24 jours, et c'est la troisième fois qu'on me demande de vérifier l'identité, une excuse pour bloquer le retrait

Je suis investisseur chez Konvi depuis des années et j'avais même laissé un avis 5 étoiles cependant la philosophie de la société a beaucoup changé le 30 janvier 2026 j'ai reçu leur "Payday Flash Sale" avec un code de réduction de 50€ valable uniquement jusqu'à minuit le jour même. En tant qu'investisseur sérieux je ne prends jamais de décisions impulsives et je préfère toujours analyser les actifs avant d'investir. J'avais prévu d'investir la semaine suivante et de faire mes analyses pendant le week-end donc je n'avais évidemment pas étudié les opportunités disponibles avant de recevoir cet email.

J'ai immédiatement contacté le service client pour demander une simple prolongation de quelques jours afin de pouvoir analyser correctement les opportunités. J'ai expliqué poliment ma situation et le fait que j'étais très occupé ce jour-là. J'ai échangé plusieurs emails et malgré mes multiples demandes courtoises et ma fidélité en tant qu'investisseur régulier j'ai essuyé un refus catégorique. Impossible de prolonger de deux ou trois jours, impossible de créer un nouveau code personnalisé, aucune flexibilité.

Ce qui me choque le plus c'est que par le passé Konvi acceptait bel et bien de prolonger ces codes promotionnels pour les personnes qui en font la demande. Des amis investisseurs m'avaient d'ailleurs fait remarquer quelques semaines auparavant que Konvi n'était plus comme avant que leur politique avait changé et qu'ils rejoignaient désormais le rang des entreprises qui deviennent tellement grandes et font tellement de bénéfices qu'elles finissent par perdre leur côté humain. Sur le moment je ne comprenais pas vraiment ce qu'ils voulaient dire mais maintenant je le comprends parfaitement.

Le contraste est saisissant entre l'entreprise bienveillante d'il y a un an et celle qui refuse aujourd'hui deux jours supplémentaires malgré une demande argumentée

Le manque total de cohérence dans le traitement des clients et cette perte complète d'humanité avec des réponses automatiques et des refus systématiques malgré la fidélité des investisseurs sont révélateurs d'un changement de culture d'entreprise très inquiétant.

Je regrette sincèrement mon avis 5 étoiles d'il y a un an. Konvi a radicalement changé et pas dans le bon sens

Très bonne plateforme d'investissement, pour des projets artistiques, des alcools (grands crus, whisky), des pièces rares (météorites, objets de collections, montres)
En revanche l'application ne fonctionne pas bien sur Android

Llevo invirtiendo en Konvi 1 año y hasta la fecha todo ha marchado bien. La atención a través del mail ha sido siempre correcta y los retornos a tiempo. Si es cierto que en ocasiones transcurre un largo tiempo desde el momento en que inviertes tu dinero y el momento en que se compra el activo. La billetera es bastante básica.
