Setting up and deposits are really easy the fun starts if you do actually win I had to supply less documents for my mortgage than this company wants for a withdrawal, Even when you have taken your 40 photos of different documents and hopped on one leg for an hour you still won’t receive your winnings and good luck trying to get a reply. I thought id add a review to clarify as i was worried after reading the reviews. I deposited and won some money and had to verify my identity to withdraw. The only issue i had was my ID. It kept saying picture was bad quality/ glare on photo/ lighting bad. It took about 10 mins of trying beforr it was accepted. Other documents were verified in a day and my withdrawel hit my bank this morning. I dont like the £2.50 withdrawal fee however i had no issues getting my money.

Well deposited £50 and they restricted my account immediately I sent in all the relevant information and still nothing, sent numerous emails and not had 1 response from them I tried to withdraw my funds and said I can’t as I hadn’t met the wagering requirements even though it says if I want to withdraw the bonus money is took away and set to £0, they then disabled withdrawals and said to look in my emails for a ‘email’ from customercarejumpmangaming.com, well I haven’t received a thing and I guess my money has gone! But I won’t stop as I’ll raise this with my bank and the uk gambling commission. AVIOD AVIOD AVIOD!!!

Well to see the reviews I was worried, yes they let you deposit without verification, as does the majority of others but I have to say verification went smoothly and once verified withdrawal was immediate. For all the reviews saying they rejected the documents provided, and the money ended up getting put back into their playing account and they spent it, well that’s on you. Send the correct documents and it’s hassle free. Well done kong casino - you have my vote!

If I could give no stars I would, this casino and JUMPMAN gaming are an absolute disgrace to the industry, depositing is no problem at all, but if you win anything and try to withdraw, forget about it I tried £300 then got frustrated and started playing again and won £1500’ tried to withdraw but they stall on verification scamming cheating organisation they are, and I’ve obviously lost the f ing lot. So angry with this casino, avoid at all costs please.

After reading all of the terrible reviews I'm seriously worried about not receiving my money back! I deposited £500 and realised that they gave me a £200 bonus which I didn't ask for or want! So I didn't even play I just simply wanted to withdraw my money but didn't give me an option to do so. Absolutely discussed that this company is even allowed to trade! Won't let me withdraw dodgy site keeps asking for loads off ID I've already sent over my passport even bank details now they want card sort code account number also bank statements etc who wants to send out all that information funny they never asked for nothing when I deposited SCAM I will be contacting the gambling commission if this isn't resolved how they like to ROB THE PEOPLE

Do not use this company. They take your money without any checks then when you want to withdraw they make it very difficult. Even after sending multiple documents and making an initial withdrawal they then say your withdrawal is not possible and do not respond to emails. Avoid!!

Don't waste your time and money...they want proof of everything, what about when you deposit money ? Don't need proof that there where my money? I will complain to Trading Standards , HMRC and Ombudsman ....your app and website .

Absolutely disgusting. I am not someone who moans about not winning thats what happens when u gamble. But listens to this.

I opened a new account after verification issues. Once my account was opened I deposited over 600 pound, when I did win I then tried to withdraw funds. I was restricted because they needed me to verify a card on my account, which is acceptable.

I verified my address, my id, my card I was depositing with. Then to find that there was a card on my account which I had not added.

This card was not mine. I had not added it. The card was not in my name. All other verification was accepted including the card I was depositing with.

Then when I go to withdraw a random card that I have no idea about was added to my account. A card which I could not verify because it wasn't mine so I couldn't withdraw.

I emailed and asked why this card was on the account. No response. I emailed the complaints department, no response. Then the money was back in my account obviously because they wanted me to lose it. Which I went on and thought if I'm not getting it bugger it I will play with it. And low and behold, lost it. I'm expecting and email tomorrow with some resolution now the money and gone, I will update if that comes.

Obviously I am reporting to the gambling commission and who ever else I can. I play a few sites and this is by far the most disgraceful site I have ever signed up to. The wins aren't the issue but attempting to withdraw is physically impossible.
