i would enourage anyone with the ba experience on here to visit gambling commision website. its very interesting and proves what they are doing is unlawful. it happened to me. i have contacted the gambling commision surroundig this. one key point is "Terms should not allow operators to remove funds from an account if a player is not able to verify their identity.

Have no problem in taking money but when it comes to a payout, not only do they charge you for it, you have to jump through multiple hoops to attempt to collect your winnings. I registered the other day, deposited £100 and won £2000, all verification went through no problem so I could withdrawl,el even though it’s still pending I have since gone back on and won a further £2600 but now it won’t let me withdrawl it, I get this message

Won’t ask you any questions to deposit money into their site, but when you try to withdraw money they will keep sending back they can’t verify your information, and as seen in other reviews sometimes blocks your account, glorified gangsters, should stay well clear

The positive reviews on here are fake. This site must be a scam site, I played for the first few days on slots with very unfair odds. Also I noticed I was spinning over a 1000 spins (£1 stake) and never hitting any bonuses. They only time I did was on 10p stake free spins I got from them.

This is a reputable casino but with odd policies that make play unpleasant. I have never had any concerns with withdrawals or deposits, so I trust my money is safe. But their deposit matching - don't bother with this. They cap your winnings at the amount deposited, so even if you are lucky with your bonus funds, once you've spent hours turning it over 60x, you can only withdrawal $200 of it... Truly a waste of time. Additionally, they have a 3 day holding period of any withdrawals, which is very unlike other casinos. I see no real business or regulatory requirement for this holding period that is not trying to convince players to reverse withdrawals and lose their winnings. I'd play elsewhere.

If there is an option, I would give no star. I deposited £200 on 9 feb, 2024. I got a big win of £9000. They then frozen my account & not allow me to play nor withdraw. No live chat no one reply my message. It emailed them my documents, it showed everything is now verified but my account is still blocked. I don’t know how I can get a reply to withdraw my winning. Please don’t use this site they are a SCAM. I won £640 and they closed my account saying I didn’t send the right I’d when I did numberous of times.
