We purchased 2 dresses in the color black in both small and Xsmall for a wedding. We received the dresses early enough to allow my daughter to determine which fit better. When the dresses arrived, they were both in the color gold. NOT the black that we ordered. I contacted customer service immediately and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me. They can reorder the correct color and get it to me in 2 weeks. The wedding is 4 days away. I'm so disgusted and frustrated that they can't do anything to expedite the correct dresses to us knowing it was their mistake and not ours. I will no longer purchase anything from Kohls.

I tried for over 1 hour to place an online order. You wouldn't accept my password even when I reset it twice. The advertised price disappeared and replaced with a higher one. I could not apply the coupon. Too difficult
to navigate. Observe how Walmart does it. I am happy to shop elsewhere since apparently you do not want my business. I have sold my Kohl's stock because you will fail!

Never again will I shop at Kohls again. They lose my package. Then 2 months later showed that it was delivered. I checked the mailbox and no package was ever delivered. Called and spoke to customer service and they tell me I have to contact my bank and have my bank contact them to resolve the issue. The last time I ever shop at this store.

I work at Kohls EFC in De Soto off of 35 and there’s a lot of discrimination dealing with the HR‘s the GM‘s and some supervisors who deliberately causes you to lose your job. If there is any type of problem with employees that are LGBTQ there are multiple fights a lot of disrespect and no accountability Kohls Corparate does not do a due diligence of investigating situations even if you have witnesses they will ignore that and put you on a no hire list to prevent you from exposing the dirty texts they use in their HR most of the LGBT group of ladies or having sexual encounters in bathrooms in parking lot. I was a top five EO driver and I followed the rules and was let go due to exposing and reporting rules that were being broken by an employee who has ties to the HR department leaders and they quickly got me out before they got in trouble. I talked to Corparate. He saying that I did nothing wrong, but his bosses fired me anyway that EFC is full of people who do not need to be in the positions, they are in if you’re not allowing them to talk to you or have some type of relationship with them outside of work then it becomes a problem. I’ve seen people laugh at people when people get into a accident using the heavy machinery instead of showing concern. I have proof to back it up and I have people to back it up. their ethnic committee should also be held accountable because they are choosing what’s ethnic and not in a lot of times, they ignore the Employee based off of higher positions meaning if you’re right and you’re not an HR or GM it doesn’t matter they allow him to say anything and will fire you if they’re telling the truth or not

Last night I went to Khol's citrus heights to use a coupon I had saved for a sale when I went to have it rung up the sales lady at the counter Star was her name was so polite and pleasant had a great smile greeted me, asked if I had any coupons and I gave her my 30% off one she said that there is a 40% one and I can help you find it. She asked for my phone and directed me to my email and found it for me all the while with a smile. You see I'm a senior and I'm not good with technology. I was so impressed with her help and I just want to say thank you Star you are a star.

I usually shop at the Longmont, CO store. I am disappointed because this store does not have enough sizes of clothes on the floor. Sizes are XS and XXL. I wear a M or L and want to try on clothes in the store. Associates tell me I can order my size online. No, if I have to do that, I shop on Amazon. Please stock adequate sizes!

Our recent visit found the shoe department in complete disarray. When asking a price of a male employee my wife was chastised for not saying good morning and was told that all the people at Cape Cod were rude. When I approached to ask a price I too was reprimanded for not greeting him. WTF. I returned items to the shelves, none of which were priced. We purchased our other items and informed the associate at the register that kindly apologized for his behavior. Her name I believe was Jessica ( She understands customer service.)

They are running the biggest scam in the US, using what they call Kohl's cash. Never ever trust them when they say that they will give Kohl's cash for picking up your order from their outlets. They have cheated me not once, not twice, but more than 10 times so far. Every time I spend my valuable time, energy and gas to go to their outlet for picking up the products, I do not get the Kohl's cash in my account. Then every time I need to contact their customer support, which is a big pain in itself to reach one of their human agents, then provide them all the details, take all of their horrible questions and at the end they give me the so-called Kohl's cash as if they are doing a huge favor to me. I still do not understand how they are still in the business with so many unethical business practices. They have major systemic issues and I believe their technology systems are totally outdated. They do not show correct order details on their website and show the dates of orders incorrectly. If they do not fix these issues soon, they will be out of business very quickly. You cannot run an unethical business with outdated technology for long.

Expensive, difficult returns! Customers must make their own labels. It cost me $20 to return a $54 pair of shoes via USPS rather than drive for over an hour to return it to the nearest open store. No way to leave a review at Kohl's without opening an account and being bombarded with ads. Very poor customer experience!

I’ve been a very happy kohls customer more than TWENTY years. Just received my kohls bill, the new one thru capital one. I owed $60 dollars plus a $30 dollar late fee! I never received a bill last month! I can’t pay a bill I do not receive! I payed this bill as soon as I received it, then my husband called capitol one and explained that we did not receive a bill. They would not remove the late charge. I ALWAYS pay my bills on time, but i cannot be expected to pay a bill that I do not receive. I canceled the card and will no longer shop for my family at kohls. Very sad.

No one in Customer Support can help you with an online order. Kohls online ordering system does not work. Once you place an order they cancel it. If you order again they raise the prices of the items you order by 10%.

I don't even know how they got 1.4 stars. Terrible customer service! Placed an online order Sept 3rd was supposed to get my items per my estimated delivery date between Sept 9 and 12. Well here it is the 15th still no package yet. Re checked my delivery date and still says between the 9th and 12th. Called Kohls and they told me to wait by the end of the day on the 16 even though it hasn't even been shipped yet. What a joke.

WHEN I ORDER AND YOU GIVE A DATE TO RECEIVE ITEMS AND THEN THEY DONT SHOW UP AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET THEM THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH OTHER PLACES!! YOU SHOULD HAVE THE TRACKING ABILITY TO TELL ME WHEN I WILL GET MY ITEM! RIDICULOUS!! WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN!!!

I mainly shop in the store and with the exception of a towel set, I have always been happy with the quality and prices. There are many ways to get deals and cash back. It's my go to store!

This company has just tried to scam £36.18 from my bank account. I have never heard of them before so it wasn’t by mistake.

I reluctantly applied for Kohl's credit card during checkout. It has been a nightmare ever since. Capital One sent my card to a wrong address. (Capital One used my street address instead of my P O Box. There is no mail receptacle at the street address) I called to get the correct address on file and to get the statement resent. After providing my Social Security and DOB said she needed to send a One time Passcode to my phone. Then her system rejected the phone number and would not go through. Stated it was not a phone number. Explained to her that has been my phone number for over ten years. Therefore could not help me. So my bill is due in ten days. I have no bill, no credit card, no way to pay it. So what am I suppose to do. So frustrated. I can't even pay the bill. I ended up hanging up on her.

You best be careful about Cashback.com ambush of your card information; I got hit and had to filee a complaint against crooks plus get a new WellsFargo Bank Card.
And yes the shipping is bottom of the barrel, pathetic.

Beware!!
The staff at kohls for the most part are very nice. However, they are limited to what they can provide so they cannot be in your corner. A lot of the financial is handled overseas.
I am quite unhappy with Kohls.
Just for short, they cannot identify charges that were not mine. It's been over a month long problem especially due to the fact that it's connected with their Capital one credit card which I did not apply for E-V-E-R! This has been well over a month-long problem.
I was warned about kohls.. it's not the same kohls I signed up with years ago. This is the last straw.
Now I have to be on high-alert due to the fact that my credit may be affected.
Also, ,they have a habit of double charging.
This is NOT what I signed up for with kohls.

I appreciate the quality merchandise and excellent pricing Kohl’s consistently provides, as the value offered is truly noteworthy.

However, I would like to raise a concern regarding accessibility. As an 80-year-old customer who relies on a walker due to mobility challenges, I find my shopping experience significantly limited by the lack of electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) in your stores. Exploring your departments for bargains is a key part of the experience, yet my current physical limitations hinder my ability to do so, and unfortunately, a standard wheelchair does not serve as an adequate solution.

I hope you will consider this feedback as you look to improve the accessibility of your stores for all patrons.
