My experience was fantastic
My experience was fantastic. Ross was very helpful and was great with communicating with me. He kept in touch once a week (as promised) with a call and always followed that with an email. Most times I missed his call so emails were good, this way I knew if I needed to call him or not. I actually felt important and like he was working with me and had my best interest at heart.

Ross was relentless and even when he thought all was lost he found us some junk money owed to us, over $4K! Gotta be happy with that outcome. Their fees were more than adequate for the service they provided. Thank you, Ross.

Thank you to Ross and his team for making this seamless. Have to admit to being a bit sceptical at first but once Ross explained the process we were quite hopeful we might get some funds back, which we did. Because of Ross and his team’s tenacity he was able to achieve the best possible outcome for us, he didn’t give up. Would definitely recommend Koala Claims. Give it a go you just never know…
