As with everyone else I was skeptical at the beginning, but a search of their ABN etc reassured me the company was legit.
My trust in them was well placed.
Everything they said they would do they did, within the time frames or less of what they had said would be the case, and I retrieved funds I may not have got around to chasing. Worth the fee for sure.

Very helpful in finding our lost money and shares would recommend them to anyone

I thought this was a scam at first but Phoned and spoke to Brian , the procedure all went through quickly and have my shares and left over cash after Smarter claims fee taken , they are 100% honest , i did find confusion because i did not receive some emails , and that is not Smarter claims fault but an issue with my computer and phone, Allan

Had an email from Smarter Claims saying im owed money and shares etc, Seemed like a scam but gave Brian a buzz and was 100% legit. signed up and within 3 weeks had my money and shares in my account. Was very easy to do and sign up and was something i would not of done myself. Highly recommend Brian Service.

All communication with Smarter Claim was very clear and explained very well. Brian was very pleasant and polite returning calls when I made any. The refund came thru quickly and finalized within two months. I would recommend the company.

Brian Desai from Smarter Claims contacted me by email, regarding lost shares in my name. l was skeptical at first but did some checking and following a phone call to Brian, decided to do the paperwork and see if anything happened !!
A month later l received an email from Brian with the result that the claim was successful.
I have now received Shares that l didn't know existed, so of course l paid the commission. If it had not been for Smarter Claims l would never have known about these shares. So, l really appreciate this Company and would certainly highly recommend them and l totally agree with others that they are a genuine, professional, honest, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful Company. Thanks again.

Although nothing technically went wrong, I made two phone calls and secured my funds myself, I dont feel this is worth the 18% commission, however i do appreciate being reminded that the shares were in limbo

I actually came here to see if they were legit on receipt of their email. They very much were and helped me secure my lost shares without hassle. Appreciated very much.

Mr Brian Desai contacted by mail. I was extremely skeptical and did not reply. After a couple of weeks, I decided to contact ASIC and was assured it was a listed, legitimate company and the NBN number was genuine. I then rang Mr Desai for a chat. I was still not sure, but decided to fill out the forms, then wait to see what would happen. I kept in touch. After a period of time, I was informed the claim had been approved, and in due course a Commonwealth Bank cheque, with the total amount of the claim in full. I did have a short conversation with Brian and, tongue in cheek, I said you now have to trust that I will pay your commission. I had received money that I didn't know existed, so of course I paid the commission immediately the cheque was cleared. Anyone who decides to deal with this company has nothing to fear. They are genuine, professional, friendly and best of all - they find lost money for you.

Initially I thought the email was a scam. I did some research and found out the email was legitimate. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient. Brian was excellent to deal with told you the process and kept you updated throughout the process. Was very quick from start to finish. At first, I was not sure it was a scammer or not. I did some research and did not see much information about this place. Anyway, I just did it because I didn’t have to pay for anything. It turned out it real and I got money back from what I lost. I am so happy. Thank you for your help.
