Great ring and the customer service was outstanding!

From start to finish the process for buying this ring was a dream. It looked even better in person, fit perfectly, and my fiancé adores it. It was a surprise all the way until I was in one knee. I will definitely be using KNY again and recommend to every friend I know looking for their ring to propose. The customer service is phenomenal and I am beyond proud of what I received from them!

I was a little disappointed with the couple rings. I expected the diamonds to go all the way around the entire band, but they only cover part of the ring. The overall design is nice, but the product description gave me the impression that the whole band would be covered with diamonds.

Customer Service was great until...after receiving ring and quality of side stones questioned. Round stones were clear but marquise are obviously quite milky. Website shows perfectly clear side stones. Pictures are sent after production, but you cant tell the the true quality until you see it in person. Ring comes from Vietnam, not New York as you are lead to believe per Website.

I did alter design to cathedral setting. It is very pretty. But..side stones killed it for me. I was told that's just how marquise stones are. Had I known, I would never purchased.

I requested a discount at least but haven't heard back. Buyer beware.

****Update 5/12/2026****

I have upgraded my original 1* review to 4****.

The KNT service team worked with me and for an agreed upon upcharge, recreated my ring using lab diamonds in place of moissanite for the side marquise. These stones are clear to the eye and look much better compared to the original "milky" version on the original moissanite side stones.

From the beginning of this concern to final arrival and approval, The KNT service team has been outstanding.

I love moissanite and never had an issue. However. I never used it in marquise shape as a small side stone. Round side stones were fine. Cushion center also no problem. I can't say what caused the milkiness on those marquise, but it was extremely visible.

All that aside...would I purchase from KNT again? Yes.
