The shoes I ordered arrived in good time. They were exactly as described and a good fit for my wide feet.

Very impressed the quality of the foot wear.

Great sandals and trainers. I am very very flat footed, and osteoporosis and these suit my feet wonderfully.

Good for the price, some details could be restyled but the price is equal to quality

I took these on a hiking holiday after having trouble with my hiking boots. They ARE wide and my feet aren't particular so I added a sorbothane innersole and they were fine. The only thing is they are sightly unmatching and the "tongue" on one doesn't match the other in size.

Excellent product. Would be great if could track delivery or know when arriving.

Wrong size for trainer/walking shoe in orange, was sorted with a return at extra cost. I ordered next size up. In addition the replacement were more expensive.
So not as good value as usual.
The sandals are fine and fit well.

Delivery and ordering very straight forward . One of shoes the placket isn't quite long enough so the elastic is on my ankle and not the shoe when tightened . Apart from that the sandals are quite comfortable .

Mind I bought size 6 which were a little big my daughter in law is a wide 6 they fitted her
I then ordered a size 5 they fit beautifully

Shoes are quite wide fitting and not as strong or comfortable as I hoped. They will be fine for pottering in the garden but couldn't walk on a mountain in them

Disappointed with delivery. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and some insoles and so far I have received 2 deliveries, 1 with 1 pair and insoles and the other with another pair. Still awaiting 3rd pair of shoes. I was never told at any point that I would receive the order in 3 separate packages over a few weeks period. This should have been pointed out at the point of order or at least pretty quickly afterwards. I keep having to contact their customer service to ask if the rest of the order is on its way. On the positive their customer service has been quick to respond. The products I have received seem ok but delivery has overshadowed things for me and I would not use again.

First of all I had ordered two pairs of shoes and I have received only one. The ones I got (branded Riemot) were sent through Amazon although I had not placed the order on Amazon. As to the second pair, I still don't know if and when it will be sent.
The shoes I got are bulky and uncomfortable, but the company's return policy doesn't allow me to send them back because, when I got hold of them, more than 3 days had elapsed as per the company's policy.

All in all, I will never order on Knixmax again

As advertised. Comfortable and good value.

I loved the sandals, and the way they walk. But I have one big problem: the material used for the top hurts my toes, and on my first walk I came back home bleeding. I have to still find a way to prevent this, perhaps by putting cotton wool or a plaster on the toes before putting the shoes on... I like them, so this is a bit of a dilemma

The running shoes I bought were very comfortable and had extra insoles for a wider fit. I usually have trouble with shoes because one foot is almost a size bigger than the other. The shoe length was accurate and this really helped as I know my larger foot's length.
They arrived quite fast.

Shoes are lovely …… just a problem of shoe sizes are larger in fitting than expected . I take a size 7 and end up to get size 5 . But great product .
