Great quality
I have been toying with buying some height boosting trainers for a long time now and finally took the plunge and brought a pair of be height plain white trainers. The first pair got lost in transit however Ryan was extremely helpful and quick to send another pair out which came next day and they haven't disappointed, great quality and definitely an increase in height and light on the foot as well pull tie instead of laces so easily slide on and off the foot. Overall I would recommend this brand early days so we will see how they hold out going forward but first impressions great 👍

Last time i was very satisfied with the Cloudlifts 80, i ordered the Metrorise 80 this time where it clearly states a 8CM increase, when i got them for real its only about 4cm, half the height comparing it to the cloudlifts 80, they should be the same height, this is false advertising and i dont know if id trust this website again.

Possibly not even a real company I expect I’ve lost my money
Two web forms completed and email sent to their email address. Tried phone number in their web site and no such number. They have my money but I have no product and they are ignoring me.
AFTER THEIR RESPONSE :
- Order was acknowledged by you by email to my AOL address on 26th April !
- next working day was 27th April
- I’ve received your email so not sure why my server would accept some not others ?
- I’m sorry your successful marketing has negatively affected your customer service ?!?
- the UK bank holiday is next Monday so I’m not sure how this is relevant ?
- I’ve still not received anything
- your telephone number on your own website is invalid and previous negative reviews have told you this but you haven’t changed it ?

I’m sorry for the confusion and the concern this has caused — I completely understand how it looks from your side.
Just to clarify, your order was dispatched on the 30th. It was placed at around 9pm, which is after our 4pm same-day dispatch cut-off, so it was processed the next working day. This means the delay is effectively just one working day from our normal dispatch timeline.
We’ve recently been featured in a men’s magazine, which led to a very high volume of orders over a short period. This did cause some temporary delays, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve upgraded your delivery to a 24-hour tracked service at no extra cost.
There has also been a UK bank holiday, which can slightly affect courier timelines and tracking updates.
Your order is very much on its way, and you should receive (or may have already received) your tracking details to follow the delivery.
Again, I apologise for the worry caused, and thank you for your patience.

Shoes were delivered quickly
Shoes were delivered quickly . The quality is not top class but passable. I thought the increased height was built into the shoe, but in fact it is just a removable insert . That’s fair enough as they were not an over expensive item to try as a starting point .

Just to clarify, the V2 Wall Street (wallaby-style) is designed with the height increase built into the shoe in a more flexible way, rather than being fully structured into the sole, which makes wallaby shoes too rigid and uncomfortable. This helps keep the shoe comfortable for everyday wear and avoids it feeling too stiff or bulky and was changed from feedback from customers.
That said, not all of our shoes are like this, we do have other designs where the height increase is built more into the structure of the shoe itself. We will make sure this is clearly displayed in the product description.
In terms of quality, we aim to offer the best balance between price and build. Some of our more affordable styles are designed for everyday use and easy replacement, while our higher-range shoes use more premium materials and construction. We work closely with our manufacturers and produce in batches to maintain consistency, but we’ll absolutely take your feedback back to them as well.
Completely understand your point on expectations and quality, it’s fair feedback and genuinely helpful for us.

I completely understand your frustration here, especially as you needed the shoes for a specific date — that’s on us, and I’m sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
Just to clarify for others reading this, you reached out on the 8th and we replied early on the 11th explaining the situation (we were dealing with a warehouse move and a sudden spike in orders over Christmas). We offered either a discount if you wanted to wait, or a full refund straight away.
You asked for a refund, which we processed — although the chargeback was raised very quickly, which meant we didn’t get much time to handle it directly on our side.
That said, I’m glad we were able to get the refund sorted for you in the end.
Appreciate you sharing your experience, and again, sorry it didn’t work out this time.

It's worcable
I only wear it once so I can't give proper valuation. But I can say the size is perfect and it's conformable. The only thing is annoying is the right shoes is making some noise from bottom like if there is a gap. But overall all I think it's OK for those who will order from out side of Europe consider the customer tariff and Vat in your country as it's not included in the price and carrier will collect it upon arrival.

Also, thank you for pointing out the note on customs/VAT for overseas customers. Many of our delivery services now include taxes and import duties, and we’re working on moving more orders over to this approach to make things easier.

Not what I expected
I have to say overall a bad experience. The boots themselves were of a very high quality, however the size guide provided was not very accurate at all.
The boots didn't fit, at all. Secondly was the whole height increase thing. I hadn't realises it was simply a wedge underneath the inner sole of the boot.
It was this cheap rubber plastic wedge. However maybe this was my fault for not reading the descriptions correctly.
The only positive were the boots themselves, very high quality and they looked really good which meant I was even more miffed when they didn't fit!

Just to clarify, all of our shoes are designed from the ground up with the height increase built into the sole structure itself. They aren’t standard shoes with a removable wedge placed inside, but rather purpose-built designs where comfort, balance and durability are factored in from the start. We are looking at that product line to see what happened here thank you for bringing this to our attention.

All good, the shoes arrived on time and they are pretty comfortable, doing their job without hurting you. The only negative is the quality of the shoe which feels a bit fake, like those cheap ones you buy for £10 at Poundland. I don't really mind it though.
