I have not had to submit a medical expense yet- but customer service has responded politely and timely to emails I have sent.
The customer hub is helpful and easy to navigate. Customer guidelines are easy to understand and seem to be the best I have found.
Only complaint is that I clicked to sign up from an email promotion and when I signed up the coupon code got changed and I did not get the discount I had anticipated. Either way I needed the health plan but the promotional emails were misleading.

I was worried about whether or not I could afford health insurance but was relieved to discover how affordable Knew Health is and how many benefits come with their plans.

Finally, an affordable option for healthy people! I have been a Knew Health Member since it's inception in 2018 and have been more than satisfied. From the yearly $250 allowance for health support (I use it towards supplements), to low monthly dues, to an incredibly seamless dashboard to a rapid turn-around for reimbursement of medical costs when I broke my arm last year Knew has come through. My costs have been the same for 3 years, which is much appreciated.

We switched over to Knew Health after having been members of a religious health share. We are so happy we made this switch, Knew Health pays out promptly, responds to every question in a timely and friendly manner, and are great to work with. They all take pride in what they do which is so rare and appreciated!

I’ve been with KnewHealth since its inception. I retired early and wanted to find a less expensive way to have emergency health coverage until Medicare days. (Hoping I wouldn’t ever have to use it.) Unfortunately I did not comprehend (or take advantage of) the many wellness opportunities within the system.
I did recently experience an emergency however. My concerns of how this whole health share actually works were met with compassion, information, direction, expediency, and an abundance of patience.
Now I have been accessing various ways to save through the system using FullScript and Evexia and allowances for wellness care.
I am grateful to have had this health share in place, It certainly saved me money over the years, but more importantly it has helped me in my journey to live well, think well, and be well.

I've been with Knew Health for several years and it has been great. Definitely saved $ in healthcare. Overall, the respond promptly to resolve any needs. They have a portal to submit claims, which is great. However, I would like to see it more robust along with showing a history of claims by type and they way they are shared.

I am a healthcare professional who takes care of myself and coaches others in healthy diet and extensive research on nitric oxide etc prices overpriced for me and I requested to speak with somebody regarding a functional medicine assessment refuses to get back to me so far not impressed.
The company did follow up with me after my review with positive action.

I'm so happy with Knew Health. We decided to drop traditional insurance when our premium was $2,000 per month for a high deductible plan. I researched alternatives and found Knew Health. It almost seemed too good to be true. It's the real deal. Now we pay $500/month and get cash pay discounts at all of our medical providers (who we get to choose without worrying about being "in network"). We are saving a ton of money, getting access to quality health care, and feel peace of mind knowing we'd be covered in the event of a surprise medical situation. Every staff member we have talked with has been competent and friendly. Turn around time for reimbursements is very fast. I'm so happy I found Knew Health.

This is exactly the right type of coverage for my family. It allows us to use our holistic approach to healthcare and is saving us about $500 a month from the useless insurance we had prior.

I am so grateful to have an alternative to the regular 'health' insurance companies (who clearly are not actually invested in our health). I feel more at peace having resources and help if a major accident or illness happens, without the excessive bureaucracy or pharmaceutical incentives. So far, I'm very happy with Knew Health.

I think the program seems great. However there is so little contact that if you are out in the weeds, you have to hack your way back to figure things out. I DO love the website and the features. I just want to know if I need a member card to show the DR's offices, etc. Just a little more hand holding would help. Also, if you advertise 30% off for the next 6 months to new clients, then you may need to match that for recently new clients.

So far so good! I e utilized their $200 supplement reimbursement, Fullscript is an amazing discount and even a free functional medicine consult!

Hillary is always so helpful and willing to answer any and all of my questions while navigating this very complex medical landscape. Hillary is also an excellent advocate for the health cost sharing model and gave me confidence that I was making the correct move.
NJ has certain challenges for the cost sharing model so it would be good to have Evexia be able to act within NJ so lab tests could be ordered within the state.
