I did not receive the item I ordered it was a lot smaller and so expensive for what it was

The product could have been better packed, both aerosol cans were dented - but still functional. No other issues.

The company has no visible UK presence, no working customer service line and no registered UK business details that I could verify. The parcel I received also included import paperwork that was not consistent with what authorised distributors normally issue. Delivery took several days longer than expected, and I received no clear communication or support throughout the process.

As a distributor working directly with the brand, I know how important product authenticity, traceability and correct documentation are for practitioner and client safety. The inconsistencies I experienced were concerning enough that I felt UK customers should be aware before making a purchase.
