Après plusieurs années d’hésitation, j’ai finalement décidé de franchir le pas et de refaire mes dents en Turquie. Ce choix n’a pas été pris à la légère, et dès mes premiers échanges avec la clinique Aqua, j’ai été rassurée par le professionnalisme et la transparence d’Amin. Il a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions, avec beaucoup de patience, sans jamais exercer la moindre pression commerciale. Cette approche humaine a largement contribué à ma décision.

Un autre élément qui m’a particulièrement convaincue de choisir la clinique Aqua est le fait que le laboratoire dentaire soit intégré directement à la clinique. Cela représente un véritable avantage, notamment pour les ajustements nécessaires pendant le traitement, et permet également d’avoir des délais plus rapides et une meilleure coordination entre les différentes étapes.

Mon expérience a commencé avec Samet, qui a assuré nos transferts depuis l’aéroport ainsi que nos déplacements vers la clinique. Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons découvert une personne d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriante, attentionnée et très professionnelle dans sa conduite. Sa bonne humeur a immédiatement contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable.

J’ai également été très heureuse de retrouver Amin sur place, qui a également joué un rôle essentiel en tant que traducteur et intermédiaire entre nous et l’équipe médicale. Chaque matin, Khalid et l’ensemble du personnel nous accueillaient avec le sourire, ce qui nous a rapidement mis en confiance et a permis de faire disparaître les appréhensions que nous pouvions avoir avant de commencer un traitement aussi important.

Mon traitement a été réalisé par la dentiste Elif. Derrière son apparence douce et son gabarit discret se cache une professionnelle extrêmement minutieuse, attentive aux détails et soucieuse de fournir un travail de grande qualité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié sa précision et son sérieux tout au long des différentes étapes.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la taille humaine de la clinique ainsi que son côté cosmopolite. On s’y sent accompagné, écouté et considéré, ce qui est très important lorsqu’on réalise un traitement dentaire loin de chez soi.

Je tiens toutefois à rester honnête : le traitement en lui-même a été une expérience éprouvante, avec des moments difficiles et des douleurs, notamment nocturnes, qui persistent encore aujourd’hui. J’espère qu’elles diminueront progressivement avec le temps, comme cela peut arriver après des soins aussi importants.

Malgré cela, je garde une impression très positive de mon expérience à la clinique Aqua et je remercie toute l’équipe pour son accompagnement, sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux.

Overall, everything was good. Reality exceeded expectations. All previously agreed arrangements were fulfilled. A significant advantage was the provision of transfers to and from the airport, hotel, and clinic.

Wonderful service, very kind and caring people. The clinic is family owned, and the doctor is present with his family attending their clients, the lab in house is extremely convenient and efficient, the building is new and with updated equipment. My experience so far has been very positive.

I hope by writing this review of my dental restoration experience with Aqua Dental Clinic, will answer the question we all ask ourselves, prior to making a decision on what Dental Clinic to choose in Turkey.

On arrival to the clinic for my first appointment I was immediately struck by its 5 star appearance situated in an obviously very upmarket area of Istanbul.
I was greeted by my Medical Advisor Miguel.
Miguel had been my first contact with Aqua dental, and was there to guide me through my treatment, and ensure everything we had agreed would be best for my desired dental restoration…would be carried out to the highest standards. I would like to praise Miguel’s professionalism and good nature, I was quite taken by him and regard him as friend it was a pleasure to have met him.

Doctor Erkan was my dental surgeon a pure genius eight implants in less than an hour painless and expertly done. Doctor Erkan has 25 years experience, and I believe has fitted over 20,000 implants. I liked him and felt very assured by his experience and professionalism.

There was now a three month healing period so implants can fuse to the bone.
You will be fitted with a temporary set of teeth which are fixed so you will eat and look normal for the healing period.

My return visit for final treatment was well anticipated, excited and a little nervous.

Let me introduce you to Betül the Goddess of teeth, this beautiful young Lady is a modern day Michael Angelo an artist.

Betül created and mastered zirconium crowns and bridges to fit to my implants and existing teeth to perfection. Quite honestly when she had finished fitting them and gave me a mirror to look I could not believe my eyes they were perfect and so comfortable.
