We used KJD for our recent house sale and purchase and they were excellent. Sometimes you only know how good they are when things go wrong. Our original purchase fell through at the point we were due to exchange on the sale of our home. The top of the chain collapsed. We quickly found a new property and Abbie O'Toole managed to have everything arranged for us to complete and move 7 weeks later - possibly delayed by a week as we were on holiday! She was brilliant and explained everything as the process went along and really helped push things along so we didn't lose our buyer. Abbie Lee dealt with the sale of our property and was brilliant too. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I had Abbie assigned to my sale and purchase and felt supported throughout both processes. Due to some delays along the way, the process became a little tumultuous but Abbie was wonderful with her support. Her work was timely, friendly, helpful and informative.
