Exceptionally poorly taken images.
Sadly our child's school is linked with this company & I'm now dreading each time they come to take pictures.

I can take better with my iPhone.
The quality is average, lighting awful & let's not talk about the colossal price of these images.

Don't feel right not ordering as it's our child & his memories but will be contacting the school to see if perhaps they can use a different company.

Also their marketing emails are exceptionally annoying.

ITS SO BAD MADE ME LOOK 50 AND LOPSIDED WORST THING EVER I HATE THIS SCHOOL AND YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY ITS THE WORST

For 3 years in a row (I think) I ordered for our school: A Leavers book that Kittle created for us + the Leavers Hoodies. We are very happy with the resulting products.
First the hoodies were a real hit amongst our pupils and staff: There is a wide range of colours, the price is reasonable and the quality this year was even better than last year.
The school leavers book was a well liked addition capturing each pupils cherished moments, The perfect way to re-live some best events as well as being a perfect souvenir.
The service is excellent: Any queries were answered and actioned upon. Kittle service team built a trusting relationship with us as they also wish to create this special momento for each student.
I appreciate that it is not just an online company, we could also discuss over the phone. Kittle Photographics make the process as stress free as possible.
The photographers who came were friendly professionals and accommodating.
So I would recommend this company and I thank them for accommodating all our requests.

I recently ordered my boys school photos through this company and received brilliant customer service.
The order arrived very quickly and I couldn't be happier with the pictures.

Amazing team, I’m very thankful for their job. I have an autistic child and it’s really hard to take pictures of her, the photographer was able to walk around her and did what’s possible to take one good picture which we will keep it as a memories for ever. Last night while sorting through paperwork I found a broken CD of my children’s reception photographs (2016). I emailed with little hope of ever replacing them. I wanted to say a huge ginormous massive thank you to the customer care team. Kyle has found my photos. I really can’t put into words what this means to me and my family. We love those photographs and your company has gone above and beyond to help a disorganised mum who was literally heartbroken yesterday. I know that there is so much going on in the world but you have truly made my day, week and month.

Sad to some negative reviews here, my experience with Kittle Photographic was truly exceptional. When we encountered a slight issue with our school photo, the team quickly addressed it and went above and beyond to send us a replacement photo promptly. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and efficient problem-solving left us impressed and satisfied with the final result. I highly recommend Kittle Photographic for their outstanding service and commitment to their customers.

So disappointed to have Kittle's association with school. Paper quality they give is cheapest one. I don't see photos any better either. Delivery time is worst. You receive your photos after ages you almost forget about them. I use better paper at home for photo printing. It is more expensive than anything in the world of that value. No customer care support either. Ordered two for two of my kids received only one after a month not sure when would I receive next.
Schools should think of a better option.

Very poor service. No one response to email. No photo after payment. Cannot download photo on website.

Worst photographic images, and on top too costly. For an image download they charging £21.25. In high street shops they charge less than £5 and there is a choice for you to choose good one. Schools should not allow this Kittle.

Aside picture quality, being expensive and other problems already described, we had problems with payments and not receiving photo in the same time with other kids in the school.
My positive experience is about Kittle Photographic having a real person dealing with the case and I want to give kudos to Hannah for handling the case professionally. It is such a refreshment in the world of automated services and automated emails to have someone actually taking care of your case.
Back to the beginning of my article, photo quality is not bad for group school photo and for the price, I am happy to pay a bit extra to speak with human and not with chatbot...

They are the most expensive and they have the most poor quality of everything. The pictures looks like it was made it with the chip phone . I'm disgusted of them

Photos expensive.
Starting £12 for decent size. If you miss your 21 day free delivery to schools, costs £5 for delivery.

Order photo in September didn’t receive it so called up twice which both times they promised it would be send again, it is now January and still no photo, had to call credit card company for refund, ridiculous how they just don’t send customers what they pay for!!

Order not received. Allegedly resent. Not received. Customer service non existent. Avoid.

I wouldn't have even given it a star. I am really disappointed with their products. My son's picture wasn't like him at all. He had to make a fake smile. There is an option to choose which picture we need and there is only one picture available and I had to order just that. Even more disappoint illllll is their customer service..they were refusing to sent the photography to school without providing the information clearly in the slip about the delivery. I'm really sad that my childrens' school choose this photography company. It's a shame. The amount they charge for the photos is ridiculous. Parents who can't afford would not even have a picture of their kids. Sadly I was going to miss it but as it's his first year I had to pay the ridiculous amount because I love my son and want a picture of him. A digital download is even more expensive than a solid photo. I wish the school changes their photography company.

This company should stop operating as they don’t know their purpose. Had the worst school photo of my daughter. They took only 1 photo so I’m stuck with it. She is only 4 and they forced a smile on her which made it the most ugly photo of my beautiful daughter I’ve ever seen and I hate it. I wouldn’t pay a penny for that picture if I had a choice but I had no choice as I wanted a school photo for her first year in Reception.

Absolutely appalling! Ordered a whole school photo (at inflated prices) and what came back was laughable! I had to use a magnifying glass to see my daughter and only then to find that she (along with everyone else in the photo) had been digitised. Her barely recognisable head and shoulders had the background trees appearing at her waistline along with a floating school uniform in one of the trees. Apparently the weather was bad that day so they couldn't take the school photo outside. Instead they simply took all the individual photos and digitised them!
An idea that has clearly not worked. I wanted a photograph. The school have given me a refund and will not be using them again but that doesn't help as it's my daughter's last year at school and now she doesn't have a proper school photo. Apparently there were two versions..a good one sent to the school and the bad one sent to parents! That says it all. Do not use.
