Ordered 2 jerseys in the "Buy one get one offer" for a sum total of 999 INR
Jerseys I ordered were : i) Barcelona away jersey (black) 2026/27 season
ii) Manchester city home jersey 2026/27 season
Recieved order after 10 days and when I received it I only got 1 jersey and the jersey I received was also not the one I had ordered : Barcelona Home jersey (red and blue) was the one I received

I tried contacting them via the 2 email ids they have provided .... One of them is invalid and the other one is unresponsive even after sending 4 emails

⚠️ STRONG WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM KITMATE

I strongly recommend not buying from Kitmate based on my experience. I ordered 2 T-shirts but received only 1. The parcel was sealed, and I have photographs, order details and Delhivery tracking information as proof. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved. Do not risk your money until they prove they can properly fulfill orders and provide customer support. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

Ordered 2 t-shirts but only received 1.
It was prepaid order, hence, I end up paying double the amount for 1
T-shirt quality is also very bad, seems like 50/- product

My experience with Kitmate has been extremely disappointing. I ordered jerseys under their Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, but I faced issues with the delivery and was asked to make an additional payment for the second jersey. I have already contacted their customer support multiple times through email, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

The lack of proper communication and customer support has been very frustrating. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company to resolve an order-related issue.

I am extremely unhappy with this experience and would not recommend Kitmate unless they improve their customer service and resolve such issues responsibly. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and responds to my email.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent order, Order ID: #KS95909IN.
I recently received the package (AWB: 44981710788351), but it contained the wrong item. I originally ordered a Manchester United Ronaldo 7 away 2007/2008 retro jersey (Size M), but the jersey I received is completely different.
Because the incorrect item was sent, I would like to return it and receive a full refund to my original payment method.
Please let me know the next steps for printing a return shipping label and how quickly the refund can be processed.

A fraud website. I have ordered 2 jercys but received only one. No customer care number and no reply to emails..

Third class service and tshirt received only one. Offer is that' buy one get one free but I received only one jercy third class material received don't buy it

Very disappointing experience! I ordered 2 jerseys but received only 1. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I paid for two products but received only one, and this has left me feeling cheated. Such an experience raises serious concerns about the seller’s reliability and order fulfillment. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their service and resolve such issues professionally. Please deliver the missing jersey or provide a refund.

Purely scam don't buy anything from them, ordered 2 jersey recieved 1 which is completely different with different size

​I recently placed an order for 2 T-shirts (Order ID: KS91691IN). However, I received the package today and noticed two major issues:

​Missing Item: I only received 1 T-shirt instead of the 2 T-shirts I ordered.

​Incorrect Item: The T-shirt I received is not the one I selected during purchase. I received tshirt in red color while i have ordered tshirt you can see in below picture.

​I request you to please arrange a replacement for this order at the earliest. I have attached photos of the received package and item for your reference.

I ordered 2 jesries when there was a buy 1 get 1 sale.
What i got was only one jersey that too the jersey with no player name even though i paid for the jersey with the player name and number on it.
If u want a singel jersey u can go ahead and buy but don't expect to get more than that. But the quality was good.

I received my order 4th oct ,but the delivery was incomplete.
And like a mail 4oct but not reply i try mail everyday top up in mail not update

I am following up regarding my complaint for Order #KS86619IN. I contacted you 4 days ago but have not received any response yet.

My order contains 2 jerseys, as clearly mentioned on the delivery invoice:

R. Madrid 26/27 Away Jersey – Medium – ₹499.50
Portugal 26/27 Authentic Home Jersey – Medium – ₹499.50
Total order value: ₹999

However, I received only the Real Madrid jersey. The Portugal jersey is missing, despite both items being listed on the invoice.

I have attached clear photographs of the package and invoice as proof.

Please investigate this immediately and either:
1. Dispatch the missing Portugal jersey, OR
2. Refund ₹499.50 for the missing item.

I have already contacted you and waited 2 days without any response. Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a resolution within 48 hours.
