Very disappointing experience with Fulltime Store. I received a defective product and requested a return pickup. Although I got a pickup confirmation message, the pickup was marked as failed saying my phone number was unreachable, even though I was available and even received a call once.
The courier never properly reached my location, and when I contacted customer support again, I got no response at all. Poor customer service and a frustrating return process.
