Great quality and a very helpful company
I was sent a sample door which was amazing because spending thousands on new doors without seeing them was a concern for me. The quality is fantastic, the customer service has been great all along. Jess has been very helpful. All in all we love the new look

I have used this company twice this…
I have used this company twice this year , replaced top doors in kitchen and then replaced bottom doors last month .
Packed really well when they arrived and were the correct colour and size .
Seem good quality but only time will tell .

Cupboard doors.
I ordered 2 different colours of cupboard doors,rather than just make them i was contacted first to make sure i had,nt made a mistake.
When i confirmed the order was correct they were made and one set of doors were drlivered on my chosen delivery date, and the other colour doors drlivered the next day.
The doors are excellant and look great now they are installed.
Would highly recommend kitchen door outlet.

Good products, unacceptable service
I need to leave three reviews for KDO. One for my experience in ordering, one for the products and one for the delivery and after sales service.
My initial experience was excellent. The sales agent who helped me was great, really knew her stuff and followed up with me in a timely manner. Nothing but good things to say.
The products are excellent. Great quality doors and the wrap is excellent. Such a good product. I was very impressed.
But… that is where my praise ends and the problems begin. I paid £10 to book a specific delivery date… 3 months in the future. On the day of delivery the products never turned up. I phoned KDO and was told there had been a manufacturing problem and the doors would be two days late. Why no one felt I should have been informed is beyond me.
I had two people onsite who I had to pay and the delay cost me £500. KDO couldn’t have cared less and still haven’t even refunded by £10 for delivery, let alone offered to compensate me for the labour bill I had to pay.
At this point I will not use KDO again. There products may be good (it should be noted they don’t make them. They are a ‘middle man’), but there are other suppliers who I can rely on more to deliver on time or at the very least let me know there will be a delay!
I am £500 out of pocket without even a courtesy apology.
I would strongly recommend not using them.

That said, I’m saddened to hear that the overall positive experience has been tainted by a delay on delivery and we are sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused.
During our order confirmation, we do state that we strongly advise against booking a fitter for the installation of your doors until you’ve received and checked your items, as although rare, there can be unforeseen hold-ups.
We are genuinely sorry that on this occasion we did not meet the date you selected, but I can see that a refund of the delivery charge was issued immediately.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration this caused, and we understand our management team have reached out.

Great replacement doors
Using the website to order the correct type of door was very easy and adding the hinge hole meant the doors came to us ready to fit. The doors arrived in A+ condition and the delivery driver was great.

Great service and products
My experience of buying from Kitchen Door Outlet started well with the website being easy to follow. The kitchen cupboard doors I ordered fit and match my existing doors perfectly. The cost of the doors was 50% cheaper than other companies so they are excellent value for money. The time the order took to be delivered was within days which was also much sooner compared to the other companies I had looked at. Thank you for a great service and product that I am really pleased with.
