Let down by warehouse/delivery.
The website is easy to use with good guides/steps on how to order/ measure etc… communication was good throughout. They failed at the delivery stage though - their warehouse labelled goods up for wrong address so I wasted a day waiting for a no show. Re arranged for next day where all the skirting/rails were missing so again had to waste another day waiting for 3rd delivery. No real apology and although I was never looking for compensation I would have at least expected the delivery charge refunded after taking wasted time of work.

We have just replaced all our kitchen cupboard doors. Wren told us we wouldn’t be able to do for less than £9k how wrong were they! We had 24 doors (lots were bespoke) including kick boards and hinge holes drilled all for £1386 which I think is a great price. The doors are high quality. Hannah was excellent at helping us triple check all measurements, adjusting the order for us and also delaying shipment as we placed the order whilst we was on holiday. Nothing felt like too much of an ask. I highly recommend the company to friends and family.

ordered shaker drawer but received plain drawer
I wanted to replace a mid-size pan drawer from an IKEA kitchen (older model). The shaker sample i received was the perfect design but the colour (matt white) not quite the right shade. I went ahead to order the pan-drawer door I needed with a satin white instead to be closer to what I needed.
2 problems:
-the satin white is a very different finish - not just a different shade. It is a textured vinyl covering that doesn't feel smooth but grainy. I feel this wasn't explained. I have been told by the customer service that I should have ordered a second sample but I had wanted to save costs for the company as the original sample was a full size door (random size).
-the door doesn't have the shaker design as it turns out that Kitchen Door Outlet cannot make the dimension of these IKEA shaker drawers as a Shaker design. The drawer I received is plain as per the narrower cutlery drawers, which is totally wrong to replace my deeper drawer. I have been pointed out to where the minimum height is specified at the bottom of the very long and detailed specification page, which I clearly overlooked.
I would like to say that when ordering matt vs satin, I maintain that it is fair to expect a difference in shade and look but not in texture as is the case.
I also would like to point out that when ordering shaker, I would expect to receive a message saying a shaker style is not possible rather than be sent something plain which is not Shaker-style at all. It should be easy to foresee that I will not be happy as I won't receive Shaker and would be better off cancelling the order. This would be good customer service, rather than maintaining that I should expect satin to be a different texture to matt (not just different shade), and that I should have read the small print at the bottom of the specification page and therefore expect to receive a not-Shaker door even though that is what I ordered.
The postage for this (useless to me) drawer door was £30 - a bit steep. the delivery was also not on the day I was told it would be and I had to wait all day 8am-6pm twice, the first day of which for nothing.

We're committed to helping our customers find the best colour match and so offer as many samples as needed, but regrettably, we cannot see that you ordered any colour swatches in the Satin, prior to placing your order, nor a sample door in the Satin to see the finish.
For the Shaker style, the minimum height needed to produce a Shaker drawer front is detailed on our specification page. Anything below that height is manufactured as a plain front, which is also shown in the product images on our website.
Our team are always on hand to answer any questions customers may have via email, telephone or live chat, but again, it's regrettable that it doesn't appear we had any correspondence from you prior to placing your order.
As our doors are manufactured in NI, I appreciate the shipping may feel excessive on small or single door items, but we do offer free shipping over £500.
We're sorry to hear this item wasn't as expected, but can confirm it was made as per the order placed.
