Customer service responded quickly and let me know all the information I was looking for!

I bought 3 items from this company. The shipping was outrageous. But the bigger problem was that I only received 2 items. I contacted support and after waiting, I was told one of them was "out of stock" and my money would be returned. I don't understand how that's possible since I bought it in stock? I was disappointed that this was not communicated to me. I was disappointed to open my box and not see all of my items and not know why. I only gave a second star because the lady who responded to me was kind and apologetic and said someone should have told me that much earlier. Based on this experience I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

I really enjoyed the gamble of the purchase.
I was promised 2 shirts and an accessory.
Saying that potentially a hoodie was one.

I got a hoodie and a shirt.
I was only a bit betrayed because I got no accessory.

So my beef is that the website made a promise that wasn't true in my case even if my deal was good.

I like my hoodie and shirt.

I just don't like being lied to even if I like what I got.

I know, maybe dumb, but the principle remains.

The price was reasonable and the merchandise arrived timely. The album was a gift and it does play but the record itself is warped. It does not spin flat.

I ordered 2 mystery boxes. One in L and one in XL. The XL was fine. The L was a bit too small to be an actual large. Order a size up.

Given the lines to the merch table we missed most of the opening performance. There was a lot of confusion and where the line stopped. I would suggest the QR code order method and fangoers can pick up merch when it is ready. It would reduce lines and more exposure to opening performances.

Fast and speedy delivery. Shipments take a month or two to ship out rather than a half year like most companies. Very grateful with no delays.

The show was on St. Patrick's Day. That's when I ordered the shirt. I didn't receive it until the first week of April. Why the delay? Two t-shirts cost almost $100 with shipping--DELAYED shipping. I'm happy to support my favorite band in all their endeavors, which is why I spent the money, but so monumental a delay is ridiculous. I bought two shirts prior to the two I bought on St. Patrick's Day from the DKM website--maybe two or so days prior--and they have YET to arrive. I'm strongly considering canceling the order. It shouldn't take a month to deliver two domestic t-shirts.
