Will never shop here again! I overheard employees laughing and making fun of my disabled aunt who has a mobility scooter. When we approached the checkout it was obvious the employees shared in the laughter gossip bc everyone stood with a smirk on their face. My aunt would like she says she heard one say " only black folks get like that". We are traumatized and disappointed, the manager chose to have her smoke break instead of coming to resolve the issue or the employees never told her. I thought we were moving past racism.

My complaint concerns King Soopers at 6412 South Parker Road, Aurora, Colorado 80016.
Seeing their employees parking near the entrance in the customer parking lot has become frustrating, especially during busy hours and bad weather. This makes it very inconvenient for customers who physically need closer-to-the-door parking spaces. Having undergone three wrist surgeries, I struggle with mobility, and I know many others face similar challenges. I have contacted King Soopers’ General Managers, District Managers, and Property Management about this issue, but the problem persists. I urged them to enforce parking regulations so that their valued customers could shop with ease and dignity. This store is negligent in not implementing and enforcing parking rules for their employees.

Signed up for their delivery service and have used it a few times. Even though the site allowed me to order some items, they don't make it on my delivery and I have to go to a store to get the missing items anyway. I left them a message with them about this and they did not reply.
Years ago I loved King Soopers
Years ago I loved King Soopers. But I am soooo fed up with the digital coupons, buy 5 to get a sale price, buy 2 to get a lower price, etc etc. what a pain in the butt. I try shopping anywhere else now, where I can just walk in, and select my purchases, and get a fair price. Would rather spend the extra few dollars on groceries, instead of flipping through my phone for 30 minutes trying to clip coupons, or being forced to buy more of an item that I need just to get the sale price. Your antics have to be horrible for Seniors, or people that don't have smart phones.
Bullied while shopping
I’ve been a loyal customer at the King Soopers on 120th and Sheridan for over 20 years, but the new management has completely ruined the place. Today, I was treated like a criminal by a security guard simply for stepping outside to grab a cart. He was aggressive, loud, and downright intimidating. Instead of ensuring customer safety, he made me feel threatened and humiliated. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I refuse to support a business that allows its customers to be treated this way. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere for good.

The digital coupons are very scammy. They are hit or miss and sometimes you don't have time to demand the clerk fix it for you. I have lost at least $100 over the past couple years to coupons 'clipped' that did not work at checkout.

I went into the store that I have been shopping at for over 25 years, I bought 4, six packs of Pepsi that was advertised on the display. when I checked out I was charges $5.99 each. I asked to cashier to help with the discount. She said that I would have to have an app on my phone for the discount. I told I didnt ant another app. She said I can't help you then. I asked to return the items. She said I would have to go to customer service. After waiting 15 minutes because of lack of help in the dept. I explained to the lady what my issues was and that I wanted to return the item that also included 1 12 pack of beer. She said she couldn't take the beer back. I told her I haven't left the store yet. She said don't get mad at me. I asked to see a manager. A gentleman (Carlos)came over and I explained to him my issue. He also informed me that he couldn't return the beer. I said that makes no sense since I haven't left the store. He said don't disrespect me I am trying to help. I told I felt like I was the one that was getting disrespected. He then threw my receipt back at me and told me he was done an to go somewhere else. So that is what I intend to do I will never shop at King Soopers grocery or gas station ever again.

I choose to buy here because they offered a $20 coupon off in first purchase online, few item need to be replaced and they offered without price shows, something 30% expensive, since I cancel the replacement they took out the coupon and I have to pay entire price with not choose to cancel, I called support and unfortunately they said.

King Soopers by American Grocers' takes money out of your bank account two days after you have bought your groceries.
Also won't let you return items that have not been delivered even though you've paid for them. Make sure you have a camera that supports the delivery, if you use this service.
If you use this service, make sure to screen record while you are placing your order.
When the prices change for the new sale, they go back into your account and use a saved payment method to charge you for what the prices are after you have already bought and paid for your groceries!
This doesn't even begin to describe the Buffy of issues. After having to call them and spend many hours on the phone with them, everything has gotten so much worse.
The only solution is to go to a different store.

I called and complained day before yesterday about some cheese we bought. That was moldy and had been taped back together to keep the package from coming off. And they were all like that. The staff told me they'd go remove the rest of the cheese. I went in today to do some grocery shopping. They had not removed The cheese plus the Produce was terrible. It smelled bad. There was fruit flies. The whole store is just nasty. The store in particular is a constitution and mark. Shuffle in Colorado Springs. I have had a lot of trouble with the store. I'm over it. It's whole.
Foods and Safeway from now on, if Kroger buys Safeway. I'm done with safe righthen too. The things that I have seen in that store during COVID. Would curl your hair? Checkers are so sick that they couldn't hold their heads up. And were told if they went home, they would be fired. I'm over it.

Where did all the cashiers go?!! Spent more time in line than shopping and was refused the self checkout due to how many items I had. So, do you want us spending hundreds of dollars, or just 6 items at a time??
Prices go up, service goes down. Save yourself the hassle and some money and go to the Walmarts that are very nearby.
Apparently King Soopers Doesn't Want Our Business
For the last 6 weeks King Soopers (@ 2255 Main St Longmont,CO 80501) has not carried the cigarettes that I order regularly. Recently an employee tried to claim that orders are not being fulfilled. I have confirmed that this is false. I know a number of people in distribution and they have confirmed that there is ample stock available. Stores just are not ordering. I have also confirmed that Philip Morris is not having delivery issues with the brands I regularly purchase. The bottom line is that King Soopers has demonstrated that they no longer want my business. I have therefore taken my business to their competitors. I encourage others to do the same.

Their website continues to be subpar. After i signed into the site, I spent an hour creating an order. When i went to look at the cart, it asked me to sign in again. But this time it said it was the wrong password. I tied resetting password, it sent me a code, went through all the robot checking, and created a new password. Then tried to sign in again and it said it was wrong. This was like the third time in the last several months this happened. I also tried to order corn flake cereal on this delivery order and their site did not list any - no matter how i searched.
