I place order on 16.9.2024 its 3.10.2024 today and order is still not with me. So it all started 16.9. then I my first email 23.9. that my order is ready to pick up (which is quite a time if someone was to get pick order, I thought you could get there in showroom and take your order the same day). Problem is I marked ship to my adress and not pickup. It also said in confirmation email that my order will be shipped and they will let me know when. So I respond to frist email that I used cupon code for free shippement that I found online I want to make it clear if thats somehow a problem. He responds day later saying that in their system its marked as "pick up" but that they will send it (probabyl) tomorrow that was on 24.9, (I try to call them at first but all their numbers are not available). So i thought ok we solved that, It took a while but everything is fixed now, thigs like that happen i dont mind them its life. So now 3.10. as i am writtining I still havent recieved any email, call from support, I wrote email asking them whats happening to my order but no response yet.
I guess based on reviews I would say if it goes well its excellent, but they are probably really bad at solving something when it doesnt. In my case I dont really get it how hard it is to solve this, it would take me 2min , I also dont really understand what went wrong but is just taking so much time and seems like nobody cares, which is the opposite of what I read about owners in their interviews, I really like their story. Overall I still hope/think they are good company, I will probably order again from them but my experience right now is really bad, and I think I gave them enough time before writing this, its the lack of communication that is the worst part about it.
My suggestion is: have someone calling or emailing costumer the same day the place order just to let them know you care and let them know how much time it will take. Then make sure telephone numbers works and have quicker email response time. I get it that is hard to find reliable person to do that but it is worth it, because I really didnt want my bad experiance and It could be avoided with so little effort.

Anyway I wish kingsbox all the best, I still think maybe it was just bad timing and will still order in future probably. And hopefully I will get my order soon.

UPDATE 8.10.2024 After 2 more emails they answer me and said package is shipped and it arrived next day (today). It was just "bad comunication" , like i said problem was small and it should be resolved in couple of minutes but sometimes stuff like that happens. I am happy that I finally got my equipement and I already test it and its awsome as expected. So I will update my score now to 3 star but only because of lack of comunication, other then that , when they do respond everyone seems very nice and professional, it just take time for them to respond :). I really feel like most people will have great experiance, but if something goes wrong just stay patient.

Ich habe ein Hip Thrust Attachment für ein Royal Rack bestellt, es kam an und passt nicht in das Rack. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage bisher keine Antwort.
Ich habe zuvor bereits dort bestellt, da lief alles in Ordnung. Keine Ahnung was in der Zwischenzeit dort passiert ist

Prodotto ordinato il 21 aprile, con consegna prevista entro il 6 maggio. Non avendo rispettato la scadenza massima indicata in fase di ordine scrivo, senza ricevere risposta. Pessima esperienza, non acquisterò mai più da loro.

Ich habe nun schon über Wochen versucht ein Angebot für ein Functional Rig zu bekommen und nach einem anfänglichen kurzen Austausch erfolgte keine Reaktion mehr. Auch als ich letztlich auf ein vorgefertigtes Rig zurückgreifen wollte, ohne jegliche individuellen Anpassungen, erfolgte keine Reaktion mehr. Keine Reaktion auf Emails, Onlinechat und auch telefonisch kein Erfolg. Noch nie so ein unprofessionelles Verhalten von einem doch eigentlich bekannten Unternehmen erlebt.

Last week I've ordered Kingsbox Elite weight vest + 20 x 1kg BLOCKS. Was worried a little about delivery time while reading some past reviews, but for no reason. My order came today, and I am very pleased with the quality! It was also very well packed.

Il prezzo pagato per i loro prodotti è assolutamente sproporzionato alla qualità. La qualità è mediocre ed il prezzo è quello dei prodotti di altissima fascia. Ho acquistato un rack e la distanza tra i montanti è eccessiva, tanto che i perni del bilanciere olimpionico urtano i ganci su cui lo stesso andrebbe posizionato. Assistenza clienti inesistente, incapace. Non rispondono alle e-mail. Per rimborsarmi un reso, in ben due occasioni, mi hanno fatto attendere 4 mesi, non restituendomi nemmeno quanto effettivamente dovutomi ed accampando scuse varie. Non è un'azienda di cui fidarsi ed i loro prodotti non sono assolutamente all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Vi consiglio di acquistare da altre azienda. Con una spesa inferiore la qualità sarà garantita, rispetto a quanto offerto da Kingsbox.

I have to say that after seeing KingBox at FIBO, their gear really does look amazing in person. They were really distinct from the others. They look better than actually are. I immediately installed their pulley system in our gym.

Esperienza totalmente negativa, ho dovuto aspettare 4 mesi (senza motivazione) per ricevere l’attrezzatura richiesta, appena ho pagato nessuno si è fatto più sentire; quando è arrivata l’attrezzatura mancavano bulloni e rondelle per montarla. Spero che nessuno compri mai più da loro, sarebbero da denuncia.

I ordered over 3000€ worth of equipment from them. Among other damaged items there were 12 damaged micro bumper plates. They offer a partial refund which I agreed to. 6 weeks passed and after I asked about the money they said they changed their mind and offered a coupon of even lower value. I refused the coupon from day one.

Since then they ignored my calls, SMSes and emails. The phone on their website has been disconnected for months and you can’t reach them.

Quality control is non existent. Screws are missing from sets, equipment has minor defects everywhere and welding is mediocre at best.

But all of that is not important - the way they handle customers is! It’s terrible!

Sono stata contattata subito da Mateja che mi ha aiutata a selezionare gli attrezzi adatti alle mie esigenze e al mio budget. L’ordine ha richiesto circa un mesetto per essere elaborato ma una volta arrivato tutto in magazzino, e partita la spedizione, in appena due giorni era qua!
Ho ordinato gommato, rack, bilanciere, panca e bumpers e devo dire che sono soddisfatta della qualità; rack e panca sono molto solidi, relativamente semplici da montare e inoltre tutto ha un aspetto curato e costoso - ho apprezzato molto i dettagli del logo di Kingsbox intagliato a laser 🙂 Il gommato è fantastico, antiurto e antirimbalzo, consiglio anche come pavimentazione per weightlifting.
Comprerò sicuramente altri attrezzi appena ne avrò la necessità!
