I ordered 3 jackets and 1 jersey from kingdomshirt. I order XL, they run very small. I requested a review. I was told to send in measurements of the jackets or the people I bought then for.
These were gifts, and im not going to go do measurements.
They said if I cant do the measurements, they can give me a 30% discount on my orders.
I can't send then back since they come from overseas.
I will never order from them again. I buy a lot of sports jackets and jersey, and never had a item to small
If i order XL I get XL.

Not only is the customer AMAZING but the product is great. Do not think twice about ordering. I've purchased 7 shirts and everyone is as good as I could hope for. 6 stars!!!

Love the shirt, and it came so quickly!

I ordered a 2xl sweatshirt (fits like a xl) and I am not sure what i got. I have never seen a sweatshirt that the material is almost like silk. It is supposed to be black but I would say it is dark gray at best. The only good thing about the sweatshirt is the design that I did order looks good. I will probably be able to wear it once but once I wash it I doubt I will be able to wear it again.

After working through a few glitches- I was happy with the final soccer jersey for my grandson. Kingdomshirt company was very responsive to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the final product.

I received my outfit quicker than expected. Although I had received a confusing email saying my package needed to be picked up in a location two hours away.
I was glad that wasn't the case. I haven't worn my outfit yet but it looks great. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.
I may be in the market for more in the near future. Thank you

Product was delivered quickly, was just like it appeared on website, fits great. What else could I ask for?

My grandson really like his sweatshirt but it was too small. He ordered an Adult small, which always fits him but this one did not. It can't be returned of course and when I went to order the next size up they didn't have it in stock. He's very disappointed.
When it was delivered the first time I received a notice 2 days later that it was undeliverable to my address, but I guess the delivery company was just lazy as it was delivered by a person in a car 2 days after I emailed the delivery company.

Quality of my shirts was great! I was hoping to get sooner. But it was my fault. I waited too long to order for the event. They kept me very informed on the status off my order

I like the shirt over all. But dislike that you arbitrarily removed "Columbus Day Parade" and changed it to "Italian Heritage" parade. That pisses me off. Don't bend to the woke nonsense and fake arguments. I want a shirt with Columbus Day Parade on it. Please send me one with that original wording. That's what I thought I was going to get.

I just opened my shirt and had to let you know right away how satisfied I am with my purchase! I absolutely LOVE my new shirt! It is a MASTERPIECE! Thanks SO much, was TOTALLY worth the wait!! I'm sorry I ever doubted you all, I'm used to massed produced items arriving in 3 days I guess. The design, the fabric, the workmanship... excellent! I'd totally shop with you all again in the future, and will definitely spread the word about where I got my awesome new shirt! THANKS again!!

I ordered a shirt through Kingdom Shirts and waited through the process. I always wonder how things will work out. The company kept in touch about delivery. When I received the order I was thinking this isn't right so I contacted them. We were in touch and found that the confusion was due to packaging wrap. Everything was what I ordered. I am very happy with the service and my product.

Great shopping experience. First attempted delivery didn’t go through due to my post office being unprofessional and lying about not having a safe and secure area to complete the delivery. The company then reached out and we scheduled a redelivery kept in contact all the way until i received my package. Quality of the product is great and I’m happy and would highly recommend using them again .. i purchased the Dan Hausen uncursed Knicks tee

Shipments take a few weeks as expected from across seas. The 3d print is still a nice look.Fair price for the quality.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes that were delivered to the wrong address. After showing proof of delivery photos at the wrong address, I was asked to contact the building management of that location to see if they still had my package. They did not. I responded to the company to let them know that the package was not available and asked what the next steps were. Silence. No response. I made a new customer service inquiry citing my order number and the original case number. Still no response. I was hesitant to use this company and only did so based on the good reviews with Trust Pilot. They were initially very responsive when I inquired about the issue, so expected more follow through.

Review update:
I did receive a response and eventually a refund after I published this negative review. Although in the spirit of transparency, I feel obligated to mention that the customer service representative gave the condition that I first remove my review before they would process the refund. That is not good business and makes me wonder how many customers with negative reviews were pressured to remove them in order to receive a refund. I rely on honest reviews, so will not be changing my rating to boost their score. Truly a one star experience.
