Can't believe I fell for this.

Trying to get a refund from my bank

Can't leave 0 stars - luckily I only ordered last week and was told it'd be with me (shark hoover) and then it got changed to delivery today (Friday) but after the email failed 404 not found (on a reply email?!).
So I contacted my bank to chargeback - luckily a credit card purchase!
I rang the phone number given and of course wrong number (this morning) b.s it's a total scam (6 days later I woke up ).
Even IF delivery comes I'm refusing with customer service like THAT!

Scam Company. You will never receive the goods or money back. For any item yes that includes the shark hoover at £32.
Following on from this. Lloyds fraud, action fraud and Hm. Army are now involved in dealing with these guys. They scammed me and I feel like an idiot, but as a serving Army Seargeant I have a lot of resources to find the clowns and pay them a visit no matter what country they are in.. so they will shortly find the British Army welcome team paying them a visit. I'll be sure to let them know they've been very naughty. 😉

In the meantime don't get caught out also, don't confuse them with Kingdomappliances.co.uk who are legitimate. And if a deal seems too good to be true. It is..

Total scam artists! After waiting 3 weeks and countless phone calls and emails saying it was a postal issue finally discovered they are con artists posing as another company! Luckily paid by credit card so at least getting money back! AVOID at all costs!

Absolute scum. Took payment and never sent item - promised a refund and not received.

They don't stock products nor to they refund paid monies. I have a case open with Amex to recoup my loss for a purchase I made. On closer inspection of the site there is zero company info but unless you are looking you would assume it looked legitimate.

Terrible delivery service, lack of communication! Waiting for a supposed delivery on 08/10/2022. Made the purchase on 28/09/2022.

I only gave one star as zero is not an option. I agree with all other reports of fraudulent Co. Word of advice if you do wish to go solo, use a Barclaycard as you stand a better chance of getting your money back when your goods don't allow. The shipping link is also fraudulent

As all the other reviews have said - this is a scam company. I’m in IT and can’t believe I fell for this at all.

Bought a supposed shark vacuum which never arrived. When I told the person via their online chat it was a scam they strongly reputed this!

I looked at reviews (wrong company, they put a hyphen in web address) which I thought were good and looked at their company address and all looked good again, hence why I ordered. I don’t know how they sleep at night but I truly believe in Karma so eventually they will get what they deserve!

I’m just about to report this fraud online to the police. Please report them to Action Fraud website.

Do not use this company. They aren’t even a real company.
They replied to my email when I asked a question prior to purchasing. I then purchased a Shark vacuum cleaner & when it didn’t arrive I tried to call and email them numerous times and I’ve never had a reply!
Absolutely awful!

We ordered a vacuum cleaner from this website. We got a link to check where is the product after ordered. Never received any update and the product. After 5 days we phoned to the delivery company to find out where is the vacuum cleaner. That scammers used a delivery company name when they give you a link to check where is your order( it shows you only a day of the purchase).Person who works for that delivery company picked up the phone explained to us that we are not the only one and it is scam.This scam has been happening now from about 4 weeks as he said. He gave us a phone number to crime department to report this scammers. The bank was informed about this scam transaction and the same day the money was reimburse. Horrible experience with this website. Avoid!

Scam....paid £155 for a hoover that has never been delivered, the delivery company is the same!!

Scam company don't use you won't receive what you bought and when you try get hold of customer support they ignore you. stay away!!!

I am a retired Paramedic, Ill health retired and my pension is now £100 worse off thanks to this scam, I got in touch with 'Kingdom appliances' (the real Kingdom appliances) and they are fed up with this scam company smearing their good name! the fake on has a hyphen between words kingdom and appliances, i.e. kingdom-appliances, whereas the real company is just one word, i.e. kingdomappliances I thought I was smart enough to spot these scam sites but guess not.
