As all the other people who have been scammed so were we. This company doesn't exist ,,total scam ,goods didn't turn up .luckily we are getting a refund from our bank .

This company doesn’t exist. They appear to have cloned another similar named company. Their prices are very low and they blag you that the order has been dispatched and then out of stock and then you get nothing and their website has now disappeared. They also used my credit card to use a fax service for £23 so if you have used them cancel your card and get a new one issued as my bank said companies like this will wait months before they scam more money from you

For reference, I am reviewing kingdom-appliances.com and not Kingdom Appliances (which is a legitimate company). I ordered a JBL PartyBox 300 on the 23rd October and like others I asked via web chat link whether the item was genuine (James replied saying: "all our products are genuine and brand new") I then made the transaction (£144). A day or so later I received an email from them to say that my item had been dispatched with a link to "speedy carriers" another scam company. I continued to check the progress of my order which appeared at this point to be genuine. However when I checked progress on the 31st October, all trace of the courier site and the Kingdom-appliance site had disappeared (web was displaying 404 file not found message). I then tried to email Kingdom-appliances only for the email/s to be returned as undeliverable. This company is a TOTAL SCAM and has unlawfully taken money from my account (and the accounts of many others) without delivering the goods ordered. How can this be allowed to happen???? DO NOT be fooled by Kingdom-appliances.com.

I am now attempting to get my money refunded but am finding it difficult as I cannot contact them to ask why my purchase has not been honoured.

Not even 1 star. Total scam. Ordered Shark cleaner. Kept putting the delivery date so asked for refund. Nothing.

Zero stars. Complete scam. Even have the audacity to respond to my initial email request to cancel the order, "JAMES" said refund on it's way within 5 days, this was whilst the payment was pending, however 5 working days later still no refund so emailed again to say where is it??? Now the payment has gone through, they've blocked me - Demon Mailer - message unable to be sent. All I will say is KARMA will catch up with you absolute scum bags! What you put out into the Universe usually makes it's way back, like a bumerang. Sooner rather than later with any luck!

My daughter paid £110 for a speaker never arrived, now the website has gone, there is a real company with same name but .co.uk.

Avoid this company.

For your info:
*if you have paid by debit card should be able to contact your bank & make a charge back claim.
*if you paid by credit card a section 75 claim.

Like many others, thought I was dealing with the legitimate Kingdom appliances,as I had used them before was confident to order a shark vac £155.same experience as everyone else,no goods,no contact with them,even had the nerve to ask for a review Total SCAMMERS hopefully I will get my money back from the bank, I paid by my debit card, so now I have the inconvenience of having a new card and setting it up with companies I use. Well done SCAMMERS hope you all rot in hell

You have to take care because this business named kingdom-appliances.com, pretend to be kingdomappliances.co.uk, but they are not.
In kingdom-appliances.com I bought a Sony WF-C500 Casque Stereo Headset, that never arrived, I asked a full refund that never arrived, and I tried to contact them but their emails just bounced. I could not contact them any more. They scammed me.

But I'm talking about kingdom-appliances.com not about kingdomappliances.co.uk, so be aware that kingdom-appliances.com is not the legitimate business, it's a SCAM.

Reviewed this company but because they use the same name as a legit company I didn't realise the positive reviews weren't theirs. They use the legit company name changed only with a hyphen so when i searched for it on Trust Pilot originally, I though it was fine.
No delivery at first, then they said I would get a refund then both their email address and website became unreachable.
Now trying to chase up my money with the bank.

Total scam! Just like the others, placed an order for hoover, got no confirmation email, so I tried to email them to ask for a tracking number, and it said the email didn’t exist. Whenever I go on their website it says it’s not found. Now I’m out of pocket !!!

I went through google to find a best price on a shark cordless hoover and this company came up,paid for the item,also had a tracking number,this was on the 13/10/22 still waiting for item,now found out this was a scam,now having to contact bank to report this

Like others, got scammed too! Website looked legit so placed an order. When I went to enquire regarding my order the website no longer seems to be available and their phone and email doesn’t work either. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! I wish I had checked here before ordering.

Do not confuse with legitimate company Kingdom Appliances (without the hyphen).
Luckily paid by credit card, so am in the process of fraud claim with them.

They are not the same as the Birmingham company who only sell white goods and have excellent feedback.
Took my money, no hoover. Emailed and phoned loads but no reply to anything. Thank goodness I paid by credit card so I’ll get my money back. In effect they steal your money so AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
