Sat waiting on live chat for someone to reply, after 20 mins my session was logged out due to inactivity.

I am waiting on 2 withdrawals, now they want me to verify my ID which I have done, but there is no confirmation or other information. Did not accept my proof of card ownership as it is a virtual card, I do not have a physical bank card.

All I want to know is that my withdrawal requests have been processed and I will receive the money in a couple of days.

I'm hoping someone can help asap and I will happily edit my review score, thank you.

Update: Spoke to someone on chat eventually. They said everything was fine, I then get a request to upload my recent payslip to prove income which I did. Hours later, get a request to prove my card is real… how would I use a fake card to deposit money?!?

The card I use is virtual from Revolut, so I have nothing to upload, so not stuck in a stalemate.

Terrible customer service, impossible to speak to a human, as hardly anyone there to respond to you, then when you check back they have closed the chat. I won £300 on Friday was charged £1 to withdraw my winnings to my bank card I paid with?

To still be waiting on Monday afternoon for my winnings to be processed

I’ve had smaller amounts refunded back in an hour all my documents are upto date so I don’t understand what the hold up is??

When you do get to speak to a human they give a generic written response and you ask to see if they can speak to processing team and they close the chat?

I am not a customer of King Casino, never used it or signed up to it yet they send me texts every day and have ignored my requests to remove me from their contact lists and continue to ignore my complaints.

Applied to cash out and not even approved yet once again, tried to email over 2 times as the live chat doesn’t even respond to me anymore leaving all users in the dark .

Had a small win of £140 last on 20th was withdrew the funds via apple pay same way as I had deposited kept being told to wait received a message on Saturday to say funds had been approved. Only to then receive another email yesterday to say payout had been declined and I had to send documentation. Sent documentation which was approved and yet still waiting for them to authorise payout! Chat on the website takes them over an hour to reply so you come off it but if you don’t reply to them within 3 minutes they end the chat and you have to start the whole joke again!! Never used a site like it and certainly won’t be using again. How the gambling commission are letting them get away with this sort of carry on is ridiculous.

Won £600 4 days ago, sent all my documents before they asked for them, to receive an email today asking for what I’ve already sent & has been approved!! Still waiting on my withdrawal. Shocking site & the chat well I’ve never experienced anything like it!

Very badly i win 380£ and after that they blocked my account i can’t talk with anyone and costumer support didn’t answer me more that 5h waiting they are a ffs just want us to spend and lose our money 🖕

Never had an issue until now. Normally quick to payout. Had a small win (£500) and they asked for documentation, which I have no problem with. Submitted everything they requested three days ago. Tried to log in to see the status today and was denied access to my account!!! Without any notice! Without asking for any more information or documents or giving any explanation. Extremely annoying! Tried to email but no luck so far.

Their chat is useless no one answers you until you have closed the chat because they take too long
Will make a complaint to the gambling commission as other sites don’t ask for documents and withdrawals are normally straight forward and within 24 hours

Absolute joke of a company trying to get your docs verified is a joke to withdraw your winning and the online chat is a load of rubbish and no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

It's been almost 4 weeks since withdrawal. At first they closed my account and asked my to create a new one for my funds to be transfered over as the currency was incorrect. I made a new account and they instead withdrew the money and sent me an email that it will be with me in 48 hours. Its been over 3 weeks and I've not received this and they dint reply to my emails. The chat customer support team tell me to come back after an hourfor an update and when I ask the new support team to transfer me to the person I was speak with (Starov) they say he's finished his shift. Very cheeky. They don't give you any info. I put in over 50 complaints and not a single one has been acknowledged. If anyone has issues you're from UK. CONTACT UKGC AND IBAS. I made my first deposit days ago. I can't get into my account and nobody has got back to me from the emails I've sent loads.

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings of £30 from this company since 28/10/24. Whenever I ask when my winnings will be paid or the reason for the the witholding of my funds i have an email which says it has been passed onto the team and then nothing. They also text you after 11pm to entice you to gamble. Finally if you win and want to withdraw your winnings you are charged a fee. Disgraceful behaviour. An update. I have now received my winnings on 11/11 which is 2 weeks after I won. This was after numerous emails which the reply was we have sent it to the appropriate dept and then nothing. I finally went to the chat and got it sorted by a nice lady and the amount(less fee) was transferred to my bank account. I do not feel the need to change my rating as I was fobbed off many times. I have now been suspended for writing this blog. Trust them at your peril!

What a total joke these are!! I put £40 deposit down with the bonus spins they where offering. I won £2100 and put in withdraw request. They wanted id proof and a copy of my wage slip, which I sent, and they are refusing to pay me now!! I won that money fairly, I am fuming and will be taking this further. Don't waste your money they just trick you!! 🤬
