Cheaply and wrongly made
Shipment took some time.
Ring didn't look nothing like the picture. The ring part was made out of two very thin and twisted, (to make it worse) gold plated, or whatever material, and on the top, the stones and design didn't look good at all. I returned it and now I have to pay shipping as well.

As a small business where each order is handmade after they are placed, fulfillment and shipping can take a little time so I apologize for any delay or inconvenience.
As for the pictures we have no intention of falsely representing the product. Our small team took the photos ourselves and kept it as accurate as possible with minimal editing. Each gem has slight variations due to being natural stones but we try to keep them as consistent as possible.
The twisted metal is part of the wire wrapping design. I can assure you it is not cheap to make these rings as it is made with 14k gold-filled wire which is a high quality material, much higher quality than gold plated, and we source very high quality gemstones, and everything is handmade.
Lastly, we provided a prepaid return shipping label which you used to send it back. We immediately approved your return request no questions asked and happily paid for the return shipping.
All that being said, I truly apologize for the product not being satisfactory as customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. Our goal is to use high quality natural gemstone jewelry to make our customers feel beautiful while spreading love kindness and charity.

The Jewelry I ordered was absolutely beautiful, I got it for my sister for her wedding day and it looked incredible on her. Both the earrings and necklace are made so well, and added a dainty and meaningful touch to her day. Communication was fantastic, and I really recommend this shop!! The work that they do is so amazing, and I will definately be ordering again!

These are beautiful
These are beautiful! I now have two bracelets, one necklace, and a pair of earrings. They are dainty but very durable. I have not taken a bracelet off for 3 months and garden, fly fish, and camp with it on.
I love mine and will purchase more in the future for gifts. I love how part of the purchase price goes to charity.
