Kilkenny Silver Anmeldelser

Item received looks great. Customer friendly website easy to place order. Timely shipment and delivery of item. One small criticism is that item arrived with excessive packaging, I think less could have been used whilest still protecting the item in transit.

Everything was as good as it looked online.
My order came in 2 days, and was wrapped very nicely in coloured tissue.
AND.... I got a beautiful free gift (special promotion for May).

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Lovely packaging. Beautiful jewellery. I was very happy with my purchase.

Fast Delivery. Beautiful bangle

I was having issues with the website so phoned the shop number and my problem was sorted in minutes - the staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I ordered the silver earings and pendant but I got the different disign ones. I emailed to Kilkenny silver about this issue and ask how I could return the wrong product. However, I never received any response and had to keep the unvanted product. Hudge disapointment! I would not recomment ordering from them. Especialy because the pendant I ordered was more expencive than the one they sent me.

I ordered two pairs of earrings on a Saturday night and got a confirmation email. Three days I got an email saying that my order was being refunded. No explanation in the email as to why. I emailed the company to ask about the order and I received no response. Wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company

Lovely pieces and can’t wait to give them as gifts x

From ordering to delivery was very quick. Beautiful product.

Ordered on Monday night and delivered this morning. Packaging is just beautiful and a lovely little thankyou note included. I have already recommended purchase to other family members.

Very attractive product. Fast despatch. Impressive packaging. Excellent response to telephone query. Satisfied customer.

I ordered a braclet yesterday and it was delivered this morn.... some service

Hassle free purchase. Beautiful earrings and packaging for my daughters birthday thank you

Service and product was good overall, gowever Revolut was not an accepted card vender which hindered my ability to use the website

I got a beautiful bracelet for my daughter who lives in Australia,it had the Irish and Australian flags on it also the trinity.it was just what I was looking for my daughter for her birthday and so far from home it will remind her of all the love for her in ireland.its absolutely beautiful, great quality and beautifully packaged.i would highly recommend for all the moms that are missing their daughters in Oz.

Easy to use website . Came boxed in a lovely gift bag and was well packed so no damage was done to anything . Beautiful necklace . Great quality. Will be a returning customer in the near future .

Ordered a necklace that was listed on the website, was refunded after a few business days and told it was a discontinued design. Shouldn’t have been listed on the website as in stock if this was the case. Disappointing

Great service and excellent quality!

Packaged beautifully. My chain came in the normal Kilkenny Silver box, wrapped in matching tissue paper, and in a Kilkenny Silver bag inside the box. This made the package much bigger than expected but a nice touch especially if it is a gift.
The necklace is beautiful too, I get lots of compliments for it.
