Extremely horrible service as well as they are scammer, item arrived 2 wweks later than expected time, telescope looks very cheap and it arrived broken. AVOID THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Learnt a very important lesson, never buy anything from an online site unless you have read the Reviews. The items I got were nothing like the description on site, cheap and not fit for purpose, avoid.

As others have said, they drop ship from China. In my case they advertised a 100% cotton pillow but it’s in fact made from polyester. No refund provided. Do not use.

The absolute worst online company I have ever experienced I would give them no stars if I could. Forget the fact that customer service doesn’t exist and their phone are clearly broken or they more like my just can’t be bothered to answer them. My parcel arrived EMPTY due to then being an evil scam empire. I would highly advise never to order from this company if you can even call them that. It is a disgrace to business. I am disgusted

Ordered an item 5 days ago, they promise 2 to 3 days for delivery, still no sign of item, not even an email to inform me of tracking data. Regrettably, on this occasion I didn't check Trust Pilot to see if this a legit company. Now having seen all the negative reviews, I guess I won't be seeing the item ordered. Another, scam website which looks good online with all the gloss marketing but would seem to be just another outfit ripping off decent UK folks of their hard earned cash. Even if the item does eventually arrive I am expecting a poor quality product. Avoid!!!

Look at reviews before you use this company !
They appear to be UK based but the products are shipped from China.
The products I bought are cheap and poor quality not as they appear online.
They arrived in battered packaging . I bought toys to be given as gifts but they will be going in the bin.
Shipping took longer than promised.
I wish I’d read reviews before ordering.
Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible company. They used relay to deliver and the parcel was left on my doorstep despite having no safe place specified. Kidzly refused to accept responsibility and said they had fulfilled their duty in getting the product to me! absolutely ridiculous. I had to raise a dispute with my card provider for the first time in my life.

Sold me a toy that arrived without its packaging or instructions. Just loose in an envelope. Toy never worked. Company asked for unusually and unnecessarily complicated details for a return, which I sent them. Never heard back. Kept emailing them for refund, still never heard back. Had to apply to get money back through my credit card .

I bought a busy cube from Getkidzly,
It eventually arrived from China.
It was so badly made ,there were lots of sharp screws standing proud of the surfaces, the part with the keys had protruding sharp metal pieces sticking up and the fidget was so badly mounted it didn't spin properly.
These toys are not made to UK safety standards. Please don't waste your money and risk small hands being cut. Don't believe the smart adds on Facebook etc.
When you complain you won't get any joy. Just another scam!
When you track the parcel you realise its coming from China and not the UK.

Can’t give 0 stars or I would have. Well what can I say apart from please AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Complete scam. No item received and a tracking link to nothing. The wild is full of these disgusting companies.

The order process was easyto follow and the delivery was fast. The items I bought for my grandson are colorful and I'm sure he's going to love them. However, they are not cotton, as advertised.

The worst quality products. Implying they are eco and well thought out toys definitely not CE certified. I requested the evidence and they couldn't provide any. They are drop shipping from China. Do not buy from this store.

False advertising, selling toys as montersori toys however they are actually cheap toys from aliexpress, sold at double the price & advertised as discounted( tracking shows that the item is indeed shipped from ali express) Footwear is the same. Returns policy states that customer has to cover the cost of return, return address is in poland so might aswell take the loss as would cost as much to send the items tracked to the returns address.

Scammer. Total scammer.

I purchased a capybara crochet set and the instruction was in a foreign language without anything English at all. When I talked to them they denied it was a problem at all. And their reason was "The idea behind this kit is for customers to enjoy the creative process and assemble the product on their own."

And so no instructions is needed and all I can do is to be creative. This is very low quality customer service.

It took a month talking to and from with them with unbelievably slow responses.

Placed an order with 3 items which which took 5 days for 2 of the items to arrive and still waiting for the 3rd however delivery was free. The same day the order with 2 items was delivered which included an abacus, the abacus broke (2 of the metal sticks holding the beads came out of sockets and these are sharpe as well so not ideal as a kids learning toy). I did note the item was rather flimsy on opening it but decided to give it a chance.

I emailed Kidzly & shared a photo of the dismantled item and asked for a refund to which I received a reply asking me to take more photos, a video and explain what the defect is. I replied that they should know the quality of products they chose to sell and I was thus not taking responsibility to explain any defects especially as clear from the photo and I took a few more photos as requested.

I demanded a refund and cancellation of the rest of my order which has still not arrived! I will update back here with their response and overall outcome.

Probably best to avoid as no CE mark which I did not check for initially.

Really poor quality.

Both items purchased broke in less than a day of playing with due to the poor quality of the items.

I would not use this service ever again.

Avoid - promise delivery within 5 business days. My parcel has been out for despatch with Yodel for 8 days, went to local yodel depot and they gave me a printout showing that they had never received it after Kidzly sent me an email saying they had, liars, scammers and a total con.
My bank now on the case as fraudulent activity.
DO NOT BUY read the reviews from all the countries they have so called offices in.

Ordered a toy and was told it was ready for despatch and I would receive within 2-3 business days. Heard nothing more, no despatch or tracking, and no replies to my email. The telephone number is unreachable. Now I have discovered they are a scam company.
