DO NOT PURCHASE - I received the wrong item and have sent multiple chase up emails regarding receiving the item that was paid for, I have also requested for a contact number so I can speak to someone in person and this hasn’t been provided. This was purchased early May 2025, and still no resolution in September! Anyone else experiencing the same issues, please contact Trading standards and Watchdog. Unfortunately, this company is a scam.

I would give 0 if I could, never received the product, and keep telling me they will check it but never come back, the UK number is invalid. its a total scam

My order was processed quickly and delivered earlier than estimated. Everything was exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect condition. Smooth and stress-free.

Ordered 2 months ago and nothing has arrived, customer service are now ignoring me

Scam!! Ordered on 12th July, still not recieved. No longer responding to emails.
Wish I had checked on here first!

To get a refund - contact your bank and use all your details/ proof of delivery, reviews on here etc to claim your money back!
Company asks for bank details - don't give them! Just go through your bank!!!
Managed to recover funds of item we ordered months ago! Scam company!! Stay clear

Its a scam.
I ordered a kids game from june 2025 and 3 months later i received nothing, nor able to get update about shipment or tracking, terrible communication.
Imagine a toddler not getting a game in 3 months, their age category change and the game is no longer suitable.

You can only email and youll get an unhelpful customer service who will try buy time and reassure but there is no tangible guarantee.

There is a refund process, but the customer service is unlikely to help with that, nor there is a
Obvious process to follow.

This is a scam company, no body should deal with.

SCAM❌I ordered a baby monitor over 3 months ago before my newborn arrived. They told me I would of received this on the 1st of August as they had to chase the delivery and it was still ‘overseas’ I complained and said I wanted a refund, for the past 3 weeks I’ve been receiving the same email over and over but soon as I mentioned I’m going to trading standards I no longer had a reply. DO NOT buy from these idiots total SCAMMERS!!!

Company is a scam. Ordered was always processing. Requested a refund. Awful customer service. Still haven’t got my refund. Don’t buy from here.

Do not believe any of the 5* reviews. I ordered a playmat from this company in July and after waiting was told it was on its way and then 'delivered'. When I contacted them to say nothing had arrived and I wanted a refund they went silent on me. So frustrated that I didn't check their reviews on here first.

TOTAL SCAM.

They continually lie to you saying they will investigate why the items haven’t arrived. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

I ordered something for my grandsons 1st birthday on 22/7/25 and apart from an update saying it's was despatched on 1st August, I have heard nothing. No replies to any emails I have sent. Very disappointed.

Do not use this company!! Item never received. Refund not provided by the Kidshive, despite numerous emails and requests. Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot first.

I still haven’t received my order. It was on its way over a month ago. Ordered nearly two months ago. I’ve sent emails and no response. They have my payment.

Had a question about one of my items and contacted customer service. They responded quickly and solved my query straight away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered and payed £30 for my grandchild's play table, was offered Free postage and 2 months later I'm still waiting . There has been no reply to emails, and their 'track your parcel' feature, shows no such order.

This compony is a scam, I paid £18 for a play gym on 5th July and they lied about delivery that they said had been delivered by evi who said it had been delivered????, we did not get it as when i checked with evi they didn't even know my postcode LOL I don't think i will ever see that £18 again please catch these SCUM !!!!! This is the 1st time ever to be scammed and I'm 71

Ordered like normal saying shipped from UK. All crap, out in Hong Kong
Order never arrived, chased several times, fed continually with BS. This was months ago, so have written £20 off to a bad experience.....little twits
