DO NOT PURCHASE. The quality is dreadful, awful fitting, takes forever to receive and they refuse to action any refunds.

The website states 30 day return hassle free. Hassle free my arse. I’ve had 5 emails stating things like Label London want to give presents to my family members in exchange for my product, store credit and so on.

It’s hysterical.

Robbing Labels London, more like.

This is a scam company. The webpage gives UK telephone numbers (incorrect number) and both UK and European addresses. It is a Chinese company. The products are very poorly made with poor quality materials (thick nylon). Their returns process is also a scam - you can only return for a store credit and they can't guarantee they will receive the goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Don't use!!

Sizes are completely wrong sizes and they refuse to give a refund only store credit, despite their policy advising full refunds are available.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered. The items that arrived were of poor quality and different in both colour and fit from what was on the website. I tried to go through the returns process but was told I could have store credit - which is of no use to me because I wouldn't buy from them again.

It is clear that the only objective for the company is to keep your money at all costs. Avoid at all costs.

Borderline scam, AVOID. Don't be fooled by the "London" in the name; there's nothing local on this. The Covent Garden "office" address listed on the site is just for registration purposes; there's no office here. Don't be fooled by the "warehouse" address in the Netherlands, it's shipped from China. Poor quality products, not true to size, and if you want to return? You have to pay postage, TO CHINA! Not only that, you must use their service for postage label, which means they can charge you whatever they want. If you try to use your own service, they may reject - it's in their return policy.
Crappy product for the price. Don't waste your time and money.

Ordered a jacket in size Med & received a size small, also not the jacket I ordered. DO NOT PURCHASE from this CHINESE company. They refused to give me a refund fob you off with discount on another purchase. PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT OUT LIKE I DID. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!I have spent the last 10 days in email communication trying to get a refund which they are still refusing and only offering store credit after I return the dress to an address in China.

Scam , don’t buy anything . It’s based in china . Asked my money back to original payment method,but they telling they can just refund to store credit or exchange item . They changing policy every single day. Disgrace !!!! Avoid !!!!!!!

Tried cancelling an order a day after I ordered. Was told it had already been shipped… it wasn’t shipped for a further 4 days. I’m now waiting for response to send straight back without opening after a random van threw it at my front door and left. Very dodgy in my opinion and won’t use again. Hoping it doesn’t cost the earth to send back as they also don’t provide free returns and the return address is china NOT a warehouse !

Terrible quality and are refusing to refund me my money !

BUYER BEWARE...... Not a London business. Ships from China. Terrible quality. Won't refund. Can return to China at my own expense - for a partial store credit voucher. Can't buy alternative same priced item as same poor quality. When jacket arrived I recognised it from Temu which Id bought before at £8. Very poor quality. This one I paid £39.95 - the very same item. I then looked at their website site (having been offered another item as replacement) I found all items had similar prices, were photoshopped - and all available direct from Chinese websites. The name 'Label London' misleads buyers into thinking they are buying from UK site. Been given the runaround via the many emails avoiding full refund and trying to push a replacement item or return to China as already explained above. Company should be removed from internet. Total scammer.

Ordered a top which was suggested to me from Pinterest. I then ordered this top without knowing that this brand is a chinese fast fashion company masked under the name label London. After my order I have recieved multiple emails which have gone straight to junk mail (red flag) telling me that my top is on its way. The email sends you to a page where you can supposedly track your parcel with a non-existent Tracking number and order number. The multiple emails justify the item taking over 2 weeks when they promise 3-8 working days. Im appalled.

I had a terrible experience with this company (previously Mova London, now rebranded as Label London), and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I ordered two overcoats expecting a UK-based brand, but the items were actually shipped from China and took weeks to arrive. When they finally did, the quality was extremely poor – cheap material, completely different from the website photos, and not true to size at all.

Trying to return the items was even worse. They ignored my emails for a long time, and when they finally responded, they tried to push a discount for another purchase instead of accepting a return. When I insisted, they told me I had to return the items to China at my own expense.

It cost me £30 just to return a £100 coat, and now the parcel is stuck in customs in China. Only after digging through their terms and conditions did I discover that the customer is expected to handle and pay for customs clearance on returns too – which is completely unreasonable and not made clear upfront.

This company is highly misleading and operates in a way that makes returns extremely difficult and costly. The products are not as advertised, and their customer service is unacceptable.

Absolutely a scam – avoid at all costs.

Item came nothing like the advertised picture. Refusing a refund, only offering store credit. Avoid. Terrible company.

I recently purchased the geometric print dress from Label London and have to say it's laughable. I should have known better looking at the price, there was no lining, the stitching of the hem was terrible. I could go on and be here all night. Please do not buy from this website if you want quality. Utterly ridiculous

Took 18 days for delivery.
2 pairs shoes in size 42 ordered.
When they arrived, one pair is labelled as a 39. The other pair (labelled 42) is smaller than the 39.
Quality is poor.
Making me jump through lots of hoops before even discussing refund (photos etc).
Still emailing to say items have not been delivered yet.. RUBBISH!

It’s an awful company DO NOT ORDER !! I ordered two dresses they are a cheap material with no labels in at all they did not fit, I wanted to return them and they only offered store credit after I have to pay to return them to China there is nowhere on the website that states store credit only !! It says hassle free return which it certainly isn’t, they send the same generic email over again not answering my request to prove where it states store credit only. It’s a total scam SHEIN is better quality and service than this tinpot company

I would give this company zero stars if possible. They are a true scam. I can't believe I didn't Google their name before buying, I usually always do. Item took weeks to arrive. They lied constantly about it being on its way with royal mail. Then it arrives clearly drop shipped from China. Not even a tag on the item so not even new. Tiny in size, like a childs jeans. Chinese labels inside and the most god awful quality. They then proceed to say I need to send photos. I refuse at first but they said they need them, so I do. Obviously then it's only a 50% store voucher. I'm so angry at them and myself mostly for falling for this.

One star is way too money . The item was poor quality , poor design and poor fit. I’m in the process of chasing a way to return my item, they keep moving the goal post! Last message I received was to send a picture of the label , there is no label. Please DONOT USE
