We hired the Out 'n' About Nipper Sport to take to Glastonbury festival. It worked really well, handled the bumps no problem which made getting around easy. We also hired the UV Cover and warm cover and used them together to make a cosy dark space for naps. We had an issue with delivery but it was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and the return worked perfectly.

Very friendly staff, very caring and understanding of your needs! I recommend to everyone!

Brilliant concept and customer service to match. Highly recommend

We hired a kid's trailer bike and a front mounted child seat for our own bikes. The equipment was in excellent condition, and easy to fit together. Luckily we had several bikes of our own to see which would be the best fit, as the first one we tried the front mounting seat on wouldn't work - but this wasn't an issue.
Customer service was great - we managed to get the equipment sent to us at short notice, it was easy to extend the hire period and similarly easy to organise return of the items.
We will be using Kid's Bike Trailers again, for their quality equipment and great value.

Were sold out of the part we originally ordered but were really helpful in getting a replacement part without any delay in delivery. Very quick and efficient customer service.

Rented a wee ride front seat for my toddler for a recent holiday. We were travelling from Ireland and it made our holiday to be able to cycle around with our toddler instead of relying on buses and taxis. Communication from the company was excellent and the seat was brand new. Cannot recommend more!

This is an excellent product, needs space to store as putting up and down takes time. But worth the effort.

I hired the Burley Encore after being advised that would be the best option for my needs. I was so pleased with the service and found everything timely and helpful. The trailer/jogger itself was also great so I ended up buying it.

First class customer service, first class quality of trailer, very reasonable price when you consider what you are getting. Will definitely use again. Lovely personal touch to it all too.
