Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. I contacted the company via email after waiting a couple of weeks for dispatch as the order said 5 to 10 days. They responded and told me that the order had been processed and the delivery company would be in touch 1 to 2 business days. I contacted the delivery company myself after 72 hours and they told me that they hadn't received my order as yet. I went back to the company and asked them why they lied about the dispatch and I am still awaiting a response and still waiting for my child's bed!! I have never experienced such bad service ordering furniture. I would rather had paid the extra to get the bed on time from a company who are honest and know what they are doing.
Slow delivery but not a scam
I ordered a bed expecting delivery within 5-10 days, but it took almost 2 months to arrive after several emails and silent periods. I thought I might need a refund but finally received the bed, which I’m happy with overall (one small issue left to resolve). While some reviews suggest it’s a scam, I believe the delays are more due to poor administration. Raising a dispute with my credit card may have sped things up.

Please do not order from this company! Save yourself the hassle and disappointment! Sadly I didn’t listen to the poor reviews and gave the company the benefit of the doubt, really wish I didn’t. Was still waiting for my order after 6 weeks! Chased several times. Sounds promising to begin with but as the weeks go on no response/fobbed off/ignored emails. Always same man to answer the phone who always answered ‘hello’ not with company name which straight away red flag. In the end I contacted my bank to raise a dispute to get my money back.
If you want to be fobbed off
If you want to be fobbed off, lied to and kept waiting these are the company for you. After waiting over 10 weeks for a bed that has never arrived, after weeks of 'cd' checks at export, being in their warehouse and about to dispatch, we have given up and cancelled.
We will did not wait so long for the refund, of which I am grateful. I sense they are just a very badly run company, rather than crooks.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying! Zero stars! It's been 6 months since I ordered my daughter's bed. It arrived over a month late, with no mattresses and a damaged slide. I have been waiting since for a replacement slide - but nothing. Customer service is nonexistent, and I had to order mattresses from another seller for my daughter to even be able to sleep on the bed. I'm going to be submitting a complaint to trading standards next.

They seemed great until money left the account and now struggling to get a response. Surely if it’s not a legitimate company it can’t advertise and continue advertising on Google and on webs . Going to follow up for 1 more week before escalating . If anyone else facing same issue we should potentially escalate and report it together .

Very strange set up for a business. Confirmation email sent after ordering on 25th August then zero communication.
Contacted 10 days later after being told it would be delivered by then. Told middle of next again week and they were “just off the trailer” that time passed and was then told they were waiting on a dispatch time from warehouse. Now end of another week and asked for my money back.
Secret to answering the phone is just to let it ring - 20 minutes later they answered. Very flustered and frustrated man answered eventually. I was told he just dispatches for the company and deals with other companies in that wear house but he somehow knew I received an email that day - very strange.
Fingers crossed I get my money back.

Ordered a bed for my daughter on 8th…
Ordered a bed for my daughter on 8th August. Received a confirmation email and text. Was called a few weeks later to say they have bed in stock and apologies for the wait. They said they would call bank holiday Monday to confirm delivery on the Wednesday. No call and we waited in all Wednesday (with a very excited little girl) - no bed.
Received a further call a week later to apologise and was offered extras and a mattress at discount cost. I emailed them a week later - someone emailed back to say they would look into when bed will be delivered - no further correspondence.
My other half called them (the trick is to leave the phone ringing for ages) to cancel order. Received a cancellation email within minutes.
Monies was paid back 3 days later (last week). In fairness, don’t think the company is a scam. I just think it’s not organised well enough. Beds are imported from Belgium with a huge delay and limited correspondence. Terrible customer service and website misleading as says fast delivery.
I ordered the same bed from a B&Q partner at £150 less and arrived in two days after order placed.
Lesson learnt to check trust pilot before making any payments to online companies.

I wish I’d read Trust Pilot before making my purchase. To echo everyone else, they take your money ( we spent £499 on August 17th) and you never receive anything.
If I get through to someone (pretty sure it’s the same person every time), they say they’re not available, they’re out the office, carbon monoxide outbreak in the factory, checking for quality control. Total bs. Now they’re forwarding to their “cancellations team” for a refund, but it will never come because it is a SCAM.

Just a website set up in order to get money of people, I believe any positive review on here is one of their own.

Order placed, received an email from the courier (no issue with them) to say they would be delivering the item and it got cancelled on the day as kidsbeds.co.uk send them damaged parts. Have been trying to speak to kids beds to get an update but all I can get is a holding email. I will be requesting a refund but judging by some of these comments that might be difficult....

Looks like a similar story. Placed an order a month ago. Chased it up after two weeks, some days later was told they were looking into it and haven't heard anything since. They don't answer emails and never pick up the phone. I've now instructed my bank to get the money back - beds aren't cheap and we don't all have £300+ laying about to lose.
Embarrassed that I ever thought to buy from these thieves and sorry for anyone else who has been fooled too.
BEWARE - it’s a scam

Their process is as follows …
- take your money & confirm your order
- claim your orders been delayed
- send you tracking links that don’t work
- you wait 2 months to no avail
- they encourage you to opt for a refund immediately when you complain
- when you opt for the refund they then say you’ll receive it within 7 days
- 10 days later they claim there was a ‘bad gateway’ and they encourage you to take it up with your bank
No bed, no refund - they hold onto your money and then presumably close down the company before paying back the bank and open another business under another name.

Scam company waited 3 months for a kids bed to arrive every week they would make up some lies and asked for a refund now not responding to my emails or answering the calls my son is now left without a bed

I ordered a bunk bed for my kids 5 months ago still haven't received anything, contacted them every few weeks since order placed got eventually told it's out of stock and waiting or new delivery. Asked for a refund and cancellation of my order, still waiting on my money back. They don't pick up phone or answer emails on time. The audacity to keep customers money for several months without refund or delivery is amazing. Get in touch with your bank straight away ask for a refund and report them to the authorities for fraud.
