After sending 200 coded envelopes to the sweepstakes department they blocked my account and gave me no reason. They only credit 1-2 entrys at a time which is stated NO WHERE in term and conditions. And support does NOTHING to assist. Worst social casino of them all, and I have played on at least 10 different sites. Kickr is a 0/5 not a 1. To get any ratings you have to actually do something. Update : Replying to me with "we told you to nominate one account" is absolutely ridiculous considering there are 2 customers who have both sent several hundred postmarked envelopes which i imagine are all trash now, Much like this company , thanks for the response and no help whatsoever. There's at least 15 other sites ALL of which are better than Kickr. Don't even get me started on the way the sites function is like jumping through hurdles. Worst experience in online social casinos.

As our customer support team explained in our communications, you needed to nominate which account you wanted to keep open.
We've since made changes to our mail-in entries process, which has allowed more players to be reviewed and processed.

Absolutely disappointed in Kickr
Absolutely disappointed in Kickr. After mailing in close to 1000 envelopes for their AMOE… now they are saying they can only credit 2-3 at a time…then they should have written that in their terms and conditions. What a waste of my time, and supplies. Over $700 wasted just in stamps. They should implement a limit and be honest with people. I have sent emails and nothing…no reply. Tonight I got credited for 1 envelope. They currently have over 850 envelopes from me. At this rate it will take well over 5-6 YEARS to fully credit me. And they have the lowest RTP I have ever seen….not purchasing anymore packages from them and the 11 people I referred to them will not be either. Soooo disappointed.
