Finally paid me
Edit: Kickr restricted my account for over a month during which I could not redeem my money and they were not responding. Eventually, they paid me out. Hopefully they fix their communication so this does not happen to others.

Massive Headache
All was going well, won some money and verification was simple and easy! I made two redemptions, one for $200 on 12/14 and one for $500 on 12/16. The $200 redemption hit my account within a day or 2 and all was good! I waited a few more days but the $500 never went in. I contacted Kickr and they told me to reach out to MassPay (the money people I guess). MassPay was very responsive and told me the issue and told me to have Kickr reset the transaction and start it again. I’ve been reaching out to Kickr Support for about a week and they just quit responding. I’d love to keep playing but it’s just feeling fishy at this point. I’ll update/edit this pending results!

The people who give this place a 5 star are paid by Kickr to review it like that. This Social Casino is the worst out there. DO NOT DROP MONEY INTO IT, YOU HAVE NO CHANCE OF ACTUALLY REDEEMING IT. TRUST THE MAJORITY OF REVIEWS THAT ARE TRUE ARE THE 1 STARS. And KICKR DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. MORE LIKE 0 A BIG FAT ZERO!
Update, Kickr did finally respond and said they verified my account. We will see if I get to the point to be able to redeem again. I don't know. Still hesitant. But I may give it another shot.

if you loose anyway you are going to deposit again… but when you win they you voilated our terms and lock your account.

I'm confused about all the bad reviews.... The game selection isn't the best but definitely not the worst. Verification was simple and am currently waiting on my first redemption, will update after. My only suggestion would be to do away with the set redemption amounts as you expand and add more games
